Pros:

Front end staff was amazing! She went way over and above! I will always stay when I am in Burlington!

The hotel was convenient for us as we needed to be in Burlington Iowa.
Pros:

Breakfast was included so we did not need to leave the hotel.

Cons:

Even though breakfast was convenient at the hotel, it was not very good. Also we had asked for a grab bar in the shower. A small plastic bar was on the far wall at a low level which was not useful. Also the tub was very high, so it was difficult ( for us) to get in and out.

there wasn’t any towels in pool so we had to ask then we had no towels in our room so had to go ask again the front desk lady wasn’t friendly
