Poorly maintained property and not at all what I expected for the price.
Pros:

The entry and breakfast area were nice and clean. The employees tried to accommodate us with our issues.

Cons:

We had two adjoining rooms. The rooms were musty and humid, and the air conditioning emitted a stale, damp odor. The furniture and the floor weren't clean in either room. The toilets were very low to the ground and not adequate for an older person. One toilet ran constantly, and the one in the other room needed to be flushed multiple times to clear it. Our overhead light was burnt out, and the adjoining room had a light out in the bathroom. Neither TV worked in one of the rooms, and we had to have staff down to fix them. The hallway had many stains throughout. We came down to breakfast, and all the main hot food was empty or nearly empty. Food did arrive later. The doorknob on the adjoining room was broken. Weeds were growing around the pond and in the flower beds. The outdoor furniture was littered with bird droppings and not clean. I looked for a place to contact someone about our displeasure, and I couldn't find anywhere to do that. I had already paid for the rooms, and better hotels were booked. This was the worst hotel I have stayed at for this price range. I would like to be reimbursed for this experience.

Comfortable and clean. Shower was good.

Cons:

Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Food was missing or slow. Regular coffee was out. No peanut butter for toast or bagel.

Very relaxing.
Pros:

Loved how peaceful and quite it was. Great location. Breakfast was awesome. The guy that took care of the kitchen each morning was amazing, very friendly and was on top of making sure everything was stocked at all times.

First room we were given hadn’t been cleaned and the front desk had no idea. Second room had pieces of food on the floor. Pillows and mattress were poor.

Dirty. For the price we paid I expected a little more. There was an empty lemonade bottle by the bed, looked past that but then we pulled the coach out and there was chocolate covered strawberries, candy wrappers, and chewed up gum. Called the front desk. No other rooms available. So I had to go down and get gloves from them to clean the mess’s up myself ( the strawberries/chocolate were engraved into the carpet ). I talked to 2 different people, one that night and one the next morning (both stated I would get a partial refund). They both said manager wasn’t in and would reach out to me. Waited a week before I decided to call them, manager was busy and would call back.
Never happened. Again very disappointing for the price we paid. We do a lot a travel soccer and this one was one of the more expensive places.
