Pros:

Breakfast was disappointing. More options would be nice but I understand would probably create more waste as the property is not always as full as it was over Labor Day weekend. I did have a waffle one morning and it was fine. Breakfast area was kept clean (people can be so careless) and food was kept fresh and plentiful. All staff extremely friendly and courteous. Thanks for everything

Nice and decent place for stay
Pros:

That was the closest I could find from Mount pleasant. It was close to restaurants and shops

Cons:

29 miles from where I was driving everyday was a bit much.

Cons:

I reserved ahead of time. I showed early, and the room wasn't ready, which was fine. I made it back later that night, and the only room they had available was a single king with a hideaway that was crushed. I was told they didn't have anything else available. The only thing that could be done was to check me out. I don't fault the desk clerk. This was his first week of work, and he was alone on a holiday weekend. He did the best he could. We decided to keep that room because we couldn't get our money back instantly. About an out later, he was able to get us into a better room, but still only one bed for three people. I would have been ok, but that is not what I paid for. The next day, we were able to get into a room that was what I reserved. This was my second stay at this hotel. I recommended it to other family members because my first stay was great. I don't think I will be staying there again. I appreciate the young man trying his best to make it right. He did a great job. I hope he is better trained on what to do in these situations going forward.
