Great place to stay in Arequipa and dan value for money.
Pros:

The location was great for us - approx 7 mins walk to the Plaza de Armes ( the main square). They allowed us to check in very early @5:30am as we’d travelled in on and overnight bus. This was arranged simply via WhatsApp the previous day. The breakfast was simple, and enough to set us up for the day. And bonus for us were the helpfulness of the staff - they even helped me with my Spanish pronunciation. Double bonus was they packed us up a breakfast as we had a very early departure when we left. Triple bonus- plenty of hot water and nice big room and bathroom.

Cons:

Nothing really, there was a tiny bit of bubbling plaster on the ceiling in the bedroom, but it wasn’t a cause for concern.

Atención excelente y cerca a la plaza de armas
Pros:

Me encanto la atención super amables y dispuestos a resolver cualquier duda. La ubicación a pocas cuadras de la plaza principal. La habitación amplia con todas las comodidades. E incluso tiene cochera para guardar vehiculos.

Cons:

En general no tengo ningún punto de que decir.

Destacable la amabilidad de Mirtha y Gauddy!!
Pros:

La amabilidad de Mirtha y Gauddy, que nos ayudaron en todo momento.El baño estaba muy lindo pero faltaba un poco mas de limpieza.

Cons:

El primer dia que llegamos encontramos el baño mal limpiado y la habitación tenía un olor a humedad.

Excelente ubicación, muy céntrico y a la vez silencioso. Buenos espacios, instalaciones cómodas, personal amable y cercano. Especial agradeciemiento a su administradora Myrtha por su disposición y apoyo en todos mis requerimientos. Totalmente recomendable y el precio es muy conveniente

Pros:

Very nice hotel and the staff is fantastic. They went iut of their way to help me with a few things. I was able to checkin at 5am when my bus arrived without any extra payment. I have to call out Gauddy who was super nice and helpful with anything I needed. She made my stay extra special!!!
