Pros:

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are very comfortable, nice restaurant and pool area. However, what makes a big difference is the staff, they were all super kind and attentive, they supported me from the minute I got in until the minute I left. Highly recommend this hotel!

Excellent & friendly staff in a high class establishment.
Pros:

The rooms & all the staff were helpful. The location was exactly what we required.

Cons:

When the head chef wasn’t there, knowledge & management of gluten free food wasn’t good in the kitchen.
The breakfast & provision of gluten free bread was a bonus.

最喜歡落地窗跟陽台，享受陽光與新鮮空氣
床好睡，很舒服

Cons:

早餐品質尚待改善，糕點麵包類乾柴難吃，這應該不難，但間隔半年第二次入住，還是一樣問題。同時住宿期間有天的蘑菇湯感覺像前晚剩的，有一天的青菜炒太鹹了，還有一天的湯也非常鹹，這些應該都是很容易解決的問題，顯示管理層需加強管理。

Pros:

Très bien situé, proche des centres d'intérêt à distance à pied. Belle piscine, les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées. Nous avons apprécié le petit déjeuner varié et excellent et le Tea time les après midis à la piscine. Le personnel est adorable, attentif et très efficace.

Chiang Mai ist immer ein Besuch wert und dieses Hotel ist die perfekte Wahl dafür.
Pros:

Sehr gut! Die Lage ist top das Personal ist sehr freundlich!

Cons:

Vermutlich war bis kurz vor unserer Ankunft eine sehr stark unangenehm riechende Person in unserem Zimmer und leider lag der Duft noch eine Weile im Raum und im Bett. Da kann aber das Personal wohl nichts dafür…

Le personnel charmant a l'accueil ( activité proposée, afternoon tea, acceuil)

La chambre est grande et spacieuse et la décoration en teck très sympa.

L'emplacement est idéal : au centre de chiang mai pour tout faire a pied et situé dans une rue calme.

Le salon de massage a côté : Good Herb Massage excellent !

Very pleasant stay
Pros:

Room was lovely, with balcony overlooking the pool. It was quiet, no sound from other rooms. Reception staff and restaurant staff were very kind and helpful. Helped with suggestions of restaurants and places to go. Arranged cab to the airport and breakfast boxes when missing breakfast. The afternoon tea around the pool was lovely. The location was great to get around the old city.

There is black mold in the corners of the bathroom. When water leaked out of the bathroom, a lot of mold came out from under the shower door

Pros:

Excellent location in the old town, amazing spacious bedroom, great choice of food at breakfast and lovely staff! We also enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea by the pool for a relaxing afternoon. The room was lovely and had plenty of storage; we also enjoyed the balcony for some afternoon sun. We would stay here again if we came back to Chiang Mai.
