Chiang Mai stay
Pros:

Everything, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, all staff were friendly and accommodating, food was great. Nice to have a 20m pool to swim in when so hot

Lovely stay in Chiang Mai
Pros:

This was the perfect hotel. In the heart of Chiang Mai, clean, and staff is friendly and helpful. I would spring for the king room with the pool off the balcony. It was the perfect way to cool off midday after touring and exploring.

Bonus - loved the complimentary mocktails and afternoon tea.

Cons:

Toiletries were all available, except the lotion!

Tudo! O bom gosto na decoração é impressionante! Tudo muito limpo, quarto impecável, roupa de cama e toalhas de qualidade. Banho excelente!
Café da manhã excelente, com escolhas a lá varre também.
Restaurante muito bom, ótimo bar.
Funcionários sempre prestativos, muito atentos e simpáticos.
Localização boa, templos e bons restaurantes a uma curta caminhada. Chinelos e roupões disponíveis.
Chaleira no quarto. Chá e snacks de boas vindas. Drink cortesia na chegada.

Cons:

Só a piscina… água sempre turva, não tive coragem de entrar.

Pros:

We both just loved this hotel. The staff make it feel very special, reception team couldn't do enough to help. The location is great, room amazing, especially our room with pool directly outside.

Great little hotel in a great location. Nice pool, room and restaurant steps away from plenty to do!
Pros:

The staff was lovely! The location is GREAT! Very close to the airport and also walkable to the various old town gates which offered a street food event one night. Walkable to many good massage places as well. It was very safe and quiet. The breakfast was really good! Eggs to order, etc. in addition to a buffet. The restaurant and front desk staff were great!

Cons:

Nothing! We had a great stay and the price was very reasonable.

Hotel bonito, limpio, equipado. Personal MUY amable y atento. Buena ubicación, zona tranquila para dormir, pero puedes ir caminando a algunos templos, y en 15 minutos estás en el mercado nocturno, bien ubicado

Pros:

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are very comfortable, nice restaurant and pool area. However, what makes a big difference is the staff, they were all super kind and attentive, they supported me from the minute I got in until the minute I left. Highly recommend this hotel!

Excellent & friendly staff in a high class establishment.
Pros:

The rooms & all the staff were helpful. The location was exactly what we required.

Cons:

When the head chef wasn’t there, knowledge & management of gluten free food wasn’t good in the kitchen.
The breakfast & provision of gluten free bread was a bonus.

床好睡，很舒服

Cons:

早餐品質尚待改善，糕點麵包類乾柴難吃，這應該不難，但間隔半年第二次入住，還是一樣問題。同時住宿期間有天的蘑菇湯感覺像前晚剩的，有一天的青菜炒太鹹了，還有一天的湯也非常鹹，這些應該都是很容易解決的問題，顯示管理層需加強管理。

Pros:

Très bien situé, proche des centres d'intérêt à distance à pied. Belle piscine, les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées. Nous avons apprécié le petit déjeuner varié et excellent et le Tea time les après midis à la piscine. Le personnel est adorable, attentif et très efficace.
