Great Place in a Safe Area
Pros:

We had a very enjoyable stay at Eric Vokel. It was so easy to get to our 1 bedroom apartment from the central train station. It was about a five minute walk. Our room was spacious, and the AC worked very well. The queen bed was comfortable and our twin couch. bed was also nice. Blackout shades kept the room dark in the morning. There were coffee pods and soaps available for use. There is also an elevator, which was helpful. It is a very clean and safe neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

It was very hard for us to check in! The reception was closed at five, so we had to use the automated machine to get our key. When it came time to pay, it would not accept any of my credit cards, so I had to use a digital credit card from my phone wallet. We saw another family struggling to check in on a different day, so hopefully they can remedy this issue for those checking in after 5 PM. Also, there is a washer/dryer combo machine in the room. A wash takes 1 hour, and drying took over 3 hours for a load! Thankfully, there was a drying rack in the room to help out a little bit.

Pros:

L accueil était chaleureux. La personne a l'accueil était à l'écoute et très agréable. Appartement et immeuble propre et très bien décoré. La situation proche de la gare est aussi un atout.

Cons:

Le matelas du canapé était un peu dur. Si vous louez un appartement pour 3 personnes merci de vous assurer que le couchage supplémentaire soit plus confortable.

Läget var fantastiskt, 2 minuter från stationen och 10 från Ströget. Mycket trevlig tjej i receptionen som var väldigt hjälpsam.

Cons:

Dåligt städat, stor snorklump på väggen vid sängen.

Tight space, cumbersome after hours operations
Pros:

While location of apartments is excellent - Vestapro and near main train station and metro - our one bedroom with sofa bed was quite cramped for two people. In addition, with arrival after 5 pm, the automatic system would not take our globally accepted American credit cards (we tried 3) leaving us to spend a half hour on help desk phone trying to get into apartment. Apartment was clean. Washer was completely blocked by sofa and the refrigerator only opened a little bit. We thought there would be patio to sit outside but that was also locked up at 5 pm. The staff when present were very nice and helpful.
