Exceptional Stay at Swissotel Krasnye Holmy
Pros:

I recently traveled to Russia for the first time and stayed at the Swissotel Krasnye Holmy. My experience there could not have been better. The hotel’s facilities were amazing, but what truly made my stay special was the thoughtfulness of the staff. I spent a week in Moscow, and my birthday happened to fall during that time. I spent the day out, and when I returned to my room, I found a cute little birthday cake waiting for me—a completely unexpected gesture that made me really happy. The hotel also kindly granted us a late checkout due to our evening flight back to Brazil, which we greatly appreciated. I strongly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again on a future visit to Moscow.

Pros:

I had a great stay overall. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and well-located with impressive views of the city. The staff were professional and the service was generally excellent. One great plus is that they also offer halal food, which was very convenient and appreciated.
However, I was a bit disappointed with the check-in experience. Even though our room was ready, they wouldn’t allow us to check in even one hour early without charging an extra fee for two hours. This was the first time I’ve encountered such a strict policy, especially considering the room was already available. It left a slightly negative impression at the start of an otherwise very enjoyable stay.
I’d still recommend Swissôtel Moscow for its quality, comfort, and halal food options just be aware of the strict check-in rules.

I liked the hotel. I have stayed in another country but there first time. I liked. But hotel is 5star should have concierge even 4/3 stars they gave service concierge. Old tv style. My colleagues were with me they mentioned that their ac didn’t work

The most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed at. The view from the room was breathtaking. Excellent breakfast. I've been to so many hotels and the breakfast at this hotel is one of the best. If I ever visit Moscow I would definitely stay here again.

I stay in Krasnye Holmy quite regularly , every time feeling a valuable customer and enjoying fantastic experience. Front desk team is always friendly, helpful and goes extra mile to deliver top level customer experience: from room booking to extra services during my stay to the check-out and even beyond.

Pros:

We attended the new year event at the top bar. Ambience and overall expereince was okay but the team had promised us that there would be a firework but it never happened. If you go there ask for the sushi and rolls as they are very fresh and not frozen like many other places do in town. The check was obviously high but worth the money.

Отель очень понравился!
Начиная с рескршена всё обслуживание на уровне 5*, заселили быстро! Проживали на бизнес номере с включённым доступом в Lounge. Паномара с 21 этажа на центр Москвы завораживает. Шикарные завтраки, бизнес ланч и ужин были доступны нам по категории номера. Хорошая спа зона с красивым бассейном.

Абсолютно не стоит своих денег.
Весьма старый отель, вид из окна удручающий (по одной стороне отеля точно).

Зубной набор надо просить отдельно.

Дополнительную воду вам не принесут, а только Эйвон за 1000 рублей :)

Постоянно просят оставить на чай :) (мне не жалко,но так никогда нигде на этом не настаивали,видимо зарплаты у персонала не очень).

Дизайн номера ничем не примечательный,но старый кран (или новый но выглядещий как старый) над раковиной дополняет удручающую атмосферу, как в отеле за 2 тысячи рублей в сутки. Также в раковине нет перелива, он почему-то заделан, видимо, чтобы была возможность подтопить соседей снизу.

Из плюсов - бар с панорамным видом, но если хочется посмотреть на мск с высоты, то лучше съездить в Сити.

Ein wirklich wunderbares, modernes und sauberes Hotel! Das Zimmer hat eine perfekte Grösse, die Aussicht aus dem Fenster ist top und das Bett ist super bequem. Man kann ausserdem aus sieben Extra-Kissen für jedes Schlafbedürfnis auswählen. Es ist sehr ruhig, man hört weder von der Strasse noch aus den anderen Zimmern etwas. Wenn ich etwas kritisieren müsste, dann wäre das der Haarfön. Da sollte ein etwas moderneres Gerät her. Auch war es befremdlich, dass keiner der anderen Gäste eine Maske getragen hat.
Das Personal ist ausserdem sehr freundlich und die Lage ist ziemlich gut. Man ist mit dem Taxi schnell im Touri-Zentrum. Aber auch zu Fuss kann man den Fluss entlang bis zum roten Platz spazieren.

Wunderbar Sicht auf Moskau. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber mit einem sehr schönen und grossen Bad. Auch der Empfang war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Würde ich auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.
