Nöjd med vår vistelse, hade bokat panorama sviten och läget och utsikten var fin
Dock lite slitet, tex den stora röda mattan skulle nog behövas fräschas upp./ bytas ut gäller även kuddarna i sängen var slitna och utan stoppning
Bra badrum med hörnbadkar och en separat dusch.
Bra utbud till frukosten och personalen vid frukosten var trevliga och välkomnade oss.
Städningen var bra
Lyhört mellan rummen.
Läget är bra ii Gamla stan

¡Excelente ubicación, limpio y perfecto para conocer Praga!
Pros:

Excelente ubicación! Perfecto para conocer la ciudad, todo está a un paso, y muy bien comunicado. La habitación que nos tocó muy cómoda y con vistas a la ciudad (pero esto fue el azar, que nos tocara esa habitación). Todo el hotel en general muy limpio. Nos coincidió un concierto en su restaurante-cafetería que disfrutamos mucho. Al ir en semana santa, lo tenían también decorado muy bonito.

Cons:

Por decir algo, pero que esto es una práctica en todos los hoteles de la ciudad, el limpiar las habitaciones a diario, que no se hace. Si lo deseas, tienes que pedirlo en recepción. Nosotros lo pedimos y ok, aunque se les olvidó reponer papel higiénico y gel, por ejemplo. Pero todo esto es totalmente solucionable en el momento.
No encontramos ascensor o rampa de la calle a la recepción (hay unas escaleras, tema maleta, carrito...). Pero quizá si lo haya.
El personal sin más, correcto pero no demasiado "ayudador", aunque quizá también por el idioma... En cualquier caso, volvería a elegir el hotel.

Pros:

A személyzet szuper és segítőkész, nagy választék van a svéd asztalon reggelikor, gyalogosan megközelíthetők a főbb látványosságok. Szuper tömegközlekedés , és közel van a szállodához több megállóhely is.

Cons:

A szomszédok túl zajosak voltak, volt egy vékony ajtó a szomszéd szobával és minden áthallatszott... állandóan csapkodták az ajtót, este és hajnali 6kor is...
Kis gyerekkel voltunk így nem volt túl jó..

The location is good

Cons:

The standard room was extremely basic – old, simple furniture, partly scratched and completely lacking any sense of style. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed dust, giving the impression that the room had not been used for quite some time. Power outlets, light switches, and the hairdryer holder were visibly dirty.

Room cleaning is only done upon request. On the second day, we only received fresh towels without any cleaning. After specifically asking for the room to be cleaned, the result was very disappointing: only the beds were made. There was no vacuuming or dusting. An old cup was still left next to the bed, and in the bathroom there were still water stains and toothpaste residue. Even the new cups were unclean – the spoon was stuck to one of them. Overall, very unhygienic.

The fridge was unreliable and only worked intermittently. The TV remote control was also faulty, with several buttons not functioning.

The breakfast area felt more like a cafeteria. Even though breakfast was included in the price, we chose to eat elsewhere.

The friendliness at the reception was also lacking. The staff simply did the bare minimum without any real sense of service.

Pros:

Room was warm and clean as was bathroom ,

Cons:

Pillow too soft in comparison to firmness of mattress , making sleeping uncomfortable .
Dining room staff have a strange habit of clearing unfinished plates from breakfast table even when obvious client had just gone to buffeet
