Never stayed at this HOTEL nothing I liked what's not what I seen on the booking website

Não gostei da limpeza tava pessima muito sujo o chão muito pó nos móvel o ar condicionado teve horas que não tava gelado

Las instalaciones son viejas, los colchones en terrible estado- incómodo dormir. Nos salió un cucaracha en la habitación. En la noche escuchamos una pelea fuera de la habitación.

Don't be fooled by the pictures!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the property and room felt unsanitary and completely unacceptable for a paying guest.

When I entered the room, it honestly looked like it had not been properly cleaned after the previous guest. The microwave was dirty, the kitchen counters had not been wiped down, the towels did not appear clean, and the comforters also looked like they had not been properly washed or changed. Most concerning, I noticed bugs on the mattress, which immediately made me uncomfortable staying or sleeping in the room.

The environment outside of the room was also disturbing. Shortly after receiving my room keys, I encountered a man who had his genitals exposed. At that point, between the cleanliness issues and what I had witnessed on the property, I did not feel comfortable or safe staying there, especially while pregnant.

I immediately brought my concerns to the staff and explained that I wanted a refund because I was not comfortable staying under these conditions. Instead of being understanding or attempting to professionally resolve the situation, the staff were rude, unwelcoming, and argumentative with me about my refund request.

I did not feel that the room was sanitary or that the environment was appropriate for me to stay in. I should not be expected to pay for accommodations that I could not reasonably use because of the condition of the room and property. I am requesting a full refund for this stay.

Overnight staff was kinda lost when I checked in .

The cleanliness was subpar not enough linens or toiletries. I guess expected with the price.

Was nothing liked advertised. Not as clean looking at all as it is only.
