Nous avons quitté l’établissement dès notre arrivée tant les conditions étaient inacceptables. L’accueil était sale et dégageait une odeur nauséabonde. La réceptionniste s’est montrée désagréable et peu professionnelle, donnant l’impression que notre présence la dérangeait.

Avant de nous installer, nous avons demandé à voir la chambre. En traversant les couloirs, nous avons croisé plusieurs personnes au comportement inquiétant, ce qui nous a fait craindre pour notre sécurité.

La chambre attribuée était dans un état déplorable : saleté visible, forte odeur, traces de moisissures et manque évident d’entretien. Rien ne correspondait aux photos ni aux standards que l’on peut attendre d’un hôtel réservé sur Booking.

Face à cette situation, nous avons refusé de séjourner sur place et avons dû trouver un autre hôtel en urgence, ce qui nous a engendré des frais supplémentaires imprévus et beaucoup de stress.

Je suis extrêmement déçu qu’un établissement dans un tel état puisse être proposé à la réservation. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel.
