Amazing, upgraded stay!
Pros:

Room size (although they gave us an upgrade free of charge 😍), the bathroom (shower) very big. Everyone very kind and helpful. The SPA area is great and the pool quite big. The parking big enough and the check-in and out were fast and efficient. The game room with billard, pingpong, darts, PS, ... Is great as well. The buffet bar is big and the variety is great.

Cons:

The TV didn't have an option to connect with the phone (even though it showed it on the screen). We asked at the reception and they said they're still connecting all the rooms. Not a big issue just a thing to keep in mind in case you want to watch some of your Netflix, HBO,... shows.

Calm stay with some room for improvements
Pros:

Food was good, but be aware, we were staying there when there was some kind of training camp happening so it was really crowded in the restaurant. The staff was amazing and very helpful.
Even tho we were there in colder side of the year it was still warm enough for mid day walks around the city of Novigrad.

Cons:

Cleanliness of the bathroom and room overall could be better; when we arrived there was clear signs what the cleaning staff didn't do great job cleaning the bathroom; everything else was decent and as expected.

Izuzetno sam zadovoljan/na boravkom – od ljubaznog osoblja i besprijekorne čistoće do odlične hrane
Pros:

Boravak u hotelu bio je iznad svih očekivanja! Osoblje je bilo ljubazno i profesionalno i uvijek spremno pomoći. Soba je bila besprijekorno čista, prostrana i moderno uređena, a krevet izuzetno udoban.
Doručak je bio raznovrstan i ukusan. Atmosfera u hotelu ugodna.
Lokacija je također odlična!
Sve u svemu, ovo je mjesto kojem ću se sigurno vratiti i koje bih bez razmišljanja preporucila svima koji traže kvalitetu, udobnost i vrhunsku uslugu. Čista petica!
