Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett. Novigrad ist sehr schön.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war mit Baby sehr beengt. Wir mussten das Gebäck ohne Hilfe ins Zimmer transportieren. Ein Kofferwagen wurde uns erst auf Nachfrage gegeben.
Im Speisesaal war es sehr laut und wir mussten immer den Kindersitz für den Tisch suchen.

Alles in allem gut!
Pros:

- sehr gut hat uns der Salzwasserpool am Meer gefallen.
- Wir haben aufgrund unseres langen Aufenthalts nichts für die Liegen am Meer/Pool zahlen müssen.
- die Aqua Fun Aerobic war sehr lustig.
- das Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt.
- die Betten sind sehr bequem.
- die Nähe zur Innenstadt Novigrad ist sehr toll.

Cons:

- So wie viele hier schreiben.. das Essen war tatsächlich fast immer, auch zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten, nur mehr lauwarm, aber trotzdem ausgezeichnet und sehr abwechslungsreich. Ich empfehle früher zum Essen zu gehen, damit es noch einigermaßen warm ist.
- Das Wasser im Pool direkt am Hotel war wirklich eiskalt.
- Die Sauberkeit im Bad könnte noch ein wenig mehr sein. Es war okay.
- Es gab nur 2x pro Woche ein Unterhaltunhsprogramm am Abend, was sehr wenig ist, wenn man einen längeren Aufenthalt hat.

Pros:

Prijazen sprejem. Soba čista in zelo dobro urejena. Hotel zgledno vzdrževan. Zajtrk raznovrsten, večerja tematska Hrana zelo dobra. OSEBJE ZELO PRIJAZNO.

Die Lage des Hotels und die Aussicht sind super. Man kann den Sonnenuntergang bei einem guten Glas Wein beobachten.

Cons:

Leider sind die Preise für Getränke sehr hoch. Auch gab es zum Frühstück keinen Lachs und Schinken mehr, wie die anderen Jahre.

Beware of deceitful room photos.
Cons:

Windows with white glass in the room, felt like being in prison. Extra bed so uncomfortable it gave me bruises, literally. Staff obviously instructed to ignore complaints. This is 4 stars??? My 9y daughter, who has never stayed in a 4 star hotel before, said "dad, this is the worst hotel room I've ever seen. Thanks a lot for a ruined weekend break, never again!
