Room condition were ok and requires some renovations. Needs improvement in bed (poor bed quality). Limited option in breakfast. Ok for 1 or 2 night stays. Swimming pool is good. No hanger in bathroom while taps and shower are too old and needs replacement. Mold smell. Air Conditioner in very good condition
I do not recommend this hotel.

It’s cheap but you pay for what you get. In the bathroom there was a leak underneath the faucet. There were cracks on the walls. I had also paid for a balcony thinking I was going to have a great view and I got a first floor room to view to nothing. You also have to pay taxes when you check in. The cleaning is not that good either. It could’ve been better.
The plumbing on the property was terrible. We were told not to put toliet tissue in toliet because it would get clogged. The mattress was soiled with some nasty unknown substance. The staff was nice and very helpful with information about activities to do in Cancun. No phones in the rooms for the guests to use. The bed didn't have fitted sheets put on the mattresses just regular sheets and no spreads to keep you warm. The breakfast wasn't real breakfast just cereal, milk and orange juice.
Not even a soap, you easily hear people talking, from other rooms super messy, beds are small, I could smell someone was smoking, not a shampoo, the washrrom was dirty, I would never stay here even for free.

The location was not as described . Beds were twins, not king size as stated. There there 4 of us in a room and we only had 2 towels. To get more it was a fight with the front desk it was a fight.

In pictures you can see beautiful sights but when you are there it’s different, the walls, doors are old, need repairing, sink in bath falling, it’s missing an table or hungers for your clothes, and this property don’t have restaurant
Older but well kept property with a nice pool, dock, and nice views. The staff is 1st class. I got the service you would expect in expensive hotels.
Awful customer service and unreachable by phone. I reached out to the hotel 1.5 weeks before my stay to change my check in date because I had to change my flight and saw they had 8 rooms available for the new date. Me, my friend, and Expedia tried to call many times and they never picked up the phone (at least 6 different calls). They were not helpful via messages and gave me the runaround giving me excuses like changes cannot be made via messaging or phone - only by an email from Expedia to a specific email address they would not provide me and told me I could not send myself. Expedia sent the email 4 days before my check in date with no response. I followed up 2 days later. Finally got an email the day before my check in date that they do not have rooms available lol. It is a small hotel - they could have made the change via messages but clearly did not feel like accommodating because someone via message told me they had even spoken to the reservations person directly.
The staff is very rude.
They wanted to charge me to let a friend in my room 55 dollars just to hang out. Even though the room was for 4 people.. they said it had to be added on the reservation.
If you meet someone and you want to brig then to your room better forget it.

I will never stay there again
We were given the wrong rooms and the rooms had toilets that were not functioning & air conditioning was broken. The staff member at the time denied that he gave us the wrong room & refused any refund.

Do not get room 101, it is the worst, first the lights were not working, then when I got to shower the shower wasn’t working, the bed has bed bugs, so slept on the lobby couch
