Needs improvement with the operating facilities
Pros:

Location and breakfast was Good. The staff was courteous

Cons:

Internet was really bad.
The elevators didn’t work it was scary riding them.

We had a great stay and would definitely come back!
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at Pyramisa Hotel Cairo. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the hotel was nice, and the location was perfect for exploring Cairo. The breakfast was excellent. The pool area was quite small, but very pleasant, and a great place to cool off after a warm day of sightseeing.

Cons:

The only funny part was the elevators, there always seemed to be just one working, so getting an elevator became a daily adventure!

Buono il potenziale, ma carenze su pulizia e servizi

Buoni sia l'hotel che l'accoglienza

Cons:

​Nel complesso l’hotel non sarebbe male, ma il soggiorno è stato decisamente penalizzato da una gestione disorganizzata e da evidenti problemi di igiene.

​Ascensori e scale: Gli ascensori erano rotti. Personalmente non ho problemi a usare le scale, ma fare sei piani a piedi senza alcuna indicazione e con le scale in condizioni pessime è inaccettabile.

​Servizio colazione: Poca professionalità e personale disorganizzato. Il servizio è stato decisamente lento e il caffè non arrivava mai Tavoli, sedie e poltroncine porchi

​Pulizia generale: Nota decisamente dolente. Oltre alle scale, c'era poca pulizia nella sala da pranzo e la moquette nei corridoi era visibilmente sporca.

​Un vero peccato, perché la struttura avrebbe potenziale, ma al momento manca la cura fondamentale per l'ospite
