The best part of the property was what they had to offer, the beautiful breakfast buffet and gorgeous rooftop restaurant really made our stay here

Beware if you stay here on a Saturday night. I paid for a premium room, with a view of the Acropolis and breakfast. There is a bar on the street behind the Central Athens Hotel and - at least on the Saturday night I was there - it BLASTS music throughout the evening until about midnight. Really unpleasant since I was up early the next morning to ply home. Otherwise the hotel was just fine, although the room very small for two. My son left for home after the first night there. After he left i noticed that the hotel was on a bit of a deserted stretch of the Plaka (if that is possible), so i was a bit wary walking home in the evenings as a solo older woman. I will also say that one day housekeeping never showed up. On the other hand, the front desk was very helpful, calling cabs for us, etc.

A localização certamente é um bônus nesse hotel. A uma pequena caminhada de distância estão os pontos principais da cidade. Fizemos tudo a pé, fora que o Porto está a uma curta viagem de metro, que também tem entrada próxima. Muito perto da região dos restaurantes e vida noturna, mas distante o suficiente para conseguir dormir bem a noite. O atendimento dos funcionários foi excepcional, todos muito prestativos e atenciosos. Tivemos um problema com nosso ferry e não tivemos dificuldades para voltar para o quarto mesmo já tendo feito checkout. O café da manhã é bom, tem tudo que você precisa. O quarto é um pouco pequeno e o banheiro também, mas nada que tenha atrapalhado nossa estadia.

Very friendly helpful and cheerful staff….especially in reception who made the visit a ‘wow !’ experience right from the very start. The view from the rooftop restaurant was stunning and we booked and enjoyed an excellent evening meal. We booked a basic room and it was all that we needed…..clean and comfortable.

The hotel was in a perfect location where we could walk everywhere. We had a wonderful view of the Acropolis from our room. We had the 2BR suite. The breakfast was delicious. We were able to check in early which allowed my grown son to take a nap while my husband and I explored the Ancient Agora.

The location to the Plaka, restaurants and attractions was great. Their rooftop restaurant and the view of the Acropolis is stunning. The front desk staff are accommodating and when we left very early for the airport one morning, they prearranged our taxi and a bagged breakfast for us.
