Nice but lots of noise from reception
Pros:

Firstly hotel is difficult to find, even the taxi driver gave up and dropped me where Google maps said it was. Just a tiny sign in the window of a 5 storey building shows the hotel.
Room was clean, tidy and comfortable, however I had room 3, which was no more than 3 metres from the reception desk. Issue was that there was no sound proofing so the two girls on the desk could be heard talking the whole time. Equally any time the phone rang could be heard like it was in my room and of course the conversation that followed.
I would imagine several rooms would suffer the same issue.

Pros:

Hotel is situated in the heart of Moscow. Everything was excellent. This place offer amazing price/quality ratio.

Расположение идеальное, до м. Лубянка 2 минуты пешком. В номерах есть все необходимое, персонал во всем старался нам помогать. Спасибо вам за отлично проведённое время.
