Buon albergo per i trattamenti termali
Pros:

Le piscine e la possibilità dei trattamenti, ed anche la posizione nel centro del paese. Anche la possibilità di intrattenimento serale è stata gradita.

Cons:

L'organizzazione del personale, perchè è proprio il management che appare carente nella definizione di processi e responsabilità delle persone, oltre ad un controllo che non sembra esserci. La pulizia delle camere potrebbe essere migliore, così come la gestione delle temperature: sembrava di essere in agosto senza aria condizionata, per fortuna il clima era secco.

Due giorni all'insegna del relax
Pros:

Servizio di spa molto pulito, bello, ben organizzato. Piscine di grandi dimensioni. Colazione un po limitata nella varietà e anche se ogni giorno si ripetevano le stesse cose, buona qualità. Se si arriva durante l'ultima mezz'ora della finestra oraria della colazione praticamente non trovi nulla. Posto molto pulito e ordinato. Massaggi di coppia molto buono, rilassante, molto professionale. Le attività di intrattenimento dopo cena di buona qualità.

Cons:

Per essere un hotel 4 stelle mancano alcuni dettagli: all'esterno è poco elegante rispetto all'interno; parcheggio stretto e potrebbe essere insuficiente; la camera è di buone dimensioni ma il letto sembrava una fossa: abbiamo dovuto fare il reclamo dopo la prima notte e hanno risolto mettendo due tavole sotto il materasso. Nella zona SPA, la tisana non era sempre disponibile: finito il giro, basta, non c'era altro. I costi sono alti, verificare con la concorrenza prima di prenotare, nella zona ci sono tanti hotel che offrono buoni servizi per un prezzo inferiore.

Отель расположен в центре Абана Терме, рядом много кафе, близко остановки, легко добраться до города Подова , а также до аэропорта. Сам отель комфортный, территория красивая и ухоженная . бассейн великолепный, вода чистая и поддерживает приятную температуру. Джакузи работают на отлично.Номера чистые ( каждый день проводится уборка, кровати очень удобные) . Персонал вежливый , и всегда готов помочь. И еще, спасибо большое отелю, что приютили красавца котика, который чувствует себя как дома , гуляя по холлу. Еще раз большое спасибо отелю за гостеприимство !
