Wonderful Hotel with helpful staff!
Pros:

The night manager, Kwaku was so helpful and kind as I found myself dropped off in Iceland with a reservation at another hotel that was cancelled by the booking partner! I arrived at 1 am desperate for a place to stay, and Kwaku was able to make room for me to stay two nights during peak tourist season. I can’t thank him enough for helping me in an urgent situation.

Pros:

The young lady receptionist was helpful

Cons:

Noise from the street - early municipal cleaning or something but youths in cars with loud exhausts and music pumping out.
Breakfast poor by comparison with Radisson blu in Sydney.

Very friendly, super location, beautifully decorated room rooms

The staff were absolutely, 100% fantastic! Kuba, Luca, Kristoffer and Vlad at the front desk could not do enough for us. Always a smile and a genuine desire to help. I got the impression they were welcoming me into their home. The room was large and comfortable,

Cons:

Although I love a rain for shower faucet, I could not figure out how to swap it for the handheld faucet, which I generally tend to use a lot. It just would not come on in this room. Also, the breakfast was a bit minimal compared to other locations that I’ve stayed at.
