Pros:

Хороший персонал на ресепшене. Чуть не потеряли свитер в стирке, но таки нашли после обращения. Помогали со всем, здесь выше всяких похвал. Разрешили раннее заселение.
Номер премиум красивый и большой.

Cons:

Месторасположение очень центральное, но так получалось, что нас последними забирали на экскурсии с автобусной остановки номер 3 и последними привозили обратно.
На завтрак очень ограниченный выбор продуктов, прям очень скромно. Горячий буфет по факту холодный. Из-за этого я не думаю, что соотношение цена-качество себя оправдывает. Маленькое помещение для завтраков, не встать из-за стола, чтобы не задеть соседа. Больше похоже на guest house, чем на отель. Все бы хорошо, если бы не цена! Но, опять таки, персонал очень старается и в ресторане тоже

Beautiful, comfortable, convenient place to stay downtown
Pros:

The room was beautiful and so soothing (I've never noticed paint and curtain colors before but I loved these, and the light and the views). The in-room amenities were excellent, the location was near lots of sights and restaurants and shopping, and I had a great meal at the restaurant. Really glad I spent a relaxing night here at the end of a hectic trip and will definitely come back. Also appreciate being able to reserve and pay for late checkout in advance--made it much easier to plan.

Great value, perfect spot, good value.
Pros:

Great location, lots of restaurants close, great for harbour. Great breakfast, spacious rooms, kind staff.

Cons:

Couldn’t find the parking initially, would be helpful to have parking options referenced on their site.

The location was great, the room was a good size, the bathroom was great and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful and breakfast was excellent

Cons:

The room could have been slightly cleaner however nothing major

Cama muito confortável, quarto grande e roupa de banho também muito confortável.

Cons:

O hotel para quem já se hospedou em outros da rede, estava muito sujo e o café manhã decepcionante. Louça suja no café, pão murcho, seco e frio, produtos de qualidade duvidosa.
