Terrible place, terrible manager, we had booked on booking.com He wanted to charge us 50% more than our booking amount, and when we refused he rudely refused to check in and almost kicked us out!!

I REACHED THERE WITH MY FAMILY AT 10:30, (NAGPUR TO BENGALURU), I ASKED THE STAFF TO ALLOW ME TO WAIT IN WAITING AREA TILL 12 AM, BUT THE STAFF DID NOT ALLOW US AND ASKED US TO STAY OUT OF HOTEL TILL 12 AM. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE

When asked my office staff to get it refused to deliver the food. I m a diabetics senior citizen on business in Bangalore!

I located immediately and checked in at another hotel in Bangalore before my flight to Delhi.
