It's like Disneyland they have cats everywhere
That's a crazy hot tub took like 2 hours to fill up
Location close to freeway
Lighting in the rooms could be brighter
The size of the room was good. Plenty parking. The shower water pressure and temperature was amazing.
The rooms were VERY DIRTY. I was on the second floor and there was dried blood on the stairs. I told management when I first checked in, the blood was still there the next day. The carpet and the chair had visible dirt on them. The mini fridge was not cold.
It was close to Disney
We found a cockroach, the phone was decorative, did not work. Could not call front desk from cell phone because their phone number didn't work. Too much noise.
I was very disappointed with everything about this hotel. Dirty damaged floors, horrible customer service, horrible coffee, not enough blankets or towels, ugly looking, not welcoming and weird people outside. The pictures are very misleading.
The only nice thing is the private parking
It was close to Disneyland.
Nothing bad to say
Wheelchair accessible and hot water in the shower.
No maid service to charge sheets and towels even after I put the sign in the morning before check out time.
Nothing late evening there was a shooting cops where all over t he place i was walking my service dog and next thing I know there was a shooting so scary
Nothing management was rude
Room was spacious and clean
lots of cats in the parking lot and you could hear the crying all night.
Absolutely nothing
The cleanness, the lighting in the bathroom, the shower curtain, the showerhead the iron board
We stayed for one night. The location was suited for what we needed. We booked the suite with 2 queens and 1 king bed. It was perfect to have our children in one room and to have a separate room for the adults. The kitchen area was simple and had enough room for our food. We had plenty of towels, Everything was clean. Check in was strictly at 3 and checkout was easy. The only issue was parking. There were not enough spaces. We had to park by the check in area.
Not enough parking. When trying to call the venue no one would answer.
The rooms are very spacious and clean
The TV remote didn't work
Hot water clean room every day
Smell like weed in the hallway there no breakfast
Tv not working and toilet not flushing
