Wonderful Stay with Outstanding Hospitality
Pros:

We had such a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza Orlando! Our room was comfortable, and Kyle at the front desk went out of his way to make us feel welcome and well taken care of.

The highlight of our stay, though, was breakfast this morning. Our server, Siurika, was absolutely fantastic. Warm, friendly, attentive, and such a joy to start the day with. Oscar, the restaurant manager, was equally impressive. His kindness and positive energy truly stood out and added so much to our experience.

The exceptional service from both Siurika and Oscar made our stay especially memorable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Crowne Plaza and look forward to returning!

Comfortable stay and good option for cruisers
Pros:

We stayed one night at CP downtown prior to our cruise out of Port Canaveral. Though I was not “wowed” by the facilities and hotel itself, the staff was easily the highlight of our stay. Everyone was friendly and responsive and the customer service goes a long way to help make up for the fact that the rooms and facilities could use a facelift at some point soon as they are definitely showing their age. I’m more especially picky about those things than the average person though having been spoiled after experiencing some of the cleanest and most impressive hotels in the world.

Having said that, CP Downtown is still a solid and affordable choice if you and your family are in Orlando just for a cruise and need a one night stay that won’t break the bank. Happy travels
