Comfortable and luxury stay
Pros:

Incredible hotel, lovely rooms, staff were very helpful, beautiful and clean rooftop onsen/baths. Good quality and well stocked amenities.

Pros:

The spa on the top floor was refreshing. The highlight of it was the outdoor bath that perfectly encapsulated an evening in Nagasaki. The room's bed was big enough for four people, so more than comfortable for a couple.

Cons:

Parking nearby is in a public lot. The hotel does provide a voucher to reduce the fee for overnight stay, but it is difficult to figure out exactly before checking in. We mistakenly entered the wrong lot, and even just entering for a minute incurred a fee. I would have appreciated clearer directions from the hotel beforehand.

出島や眼鏡橋の観光スポットが近くて便利！
中華街にあるので、中華やちゃんぽんが美味しかった
露天風呂が気持ち良い。

ホテルが綺麗で、スタッフの対応がすごく良かったです！
特に朝食バイキングにいた女性の方が良かったです。

Great hotel, would stay here again!
Pros:

Great view from the hotel room. The lounge/daybed under the window was the perfect spot to sit after a day out and about. Excellent location for exploring the city on foot, plus there's a tram stop very near the hotel. Good food options around the hotel.

Cons:

Pillows were too flat for us to find them comfortable, but this isn't out of the ordinary from our experiences with hotels in Japan.
