Pros:

　部屋が広くて清潔感があり快適に滞在できました。

Cons:

　大浴場のロッカーが開かず備付けの電話でフロントに連絡しようとしたが電話が壊れていて大変な想いをしました、常に備品の点検を怠らずお客様が安心して滞在できるように心掛けて下さい。

La chambre assez grande avec banquette et vue.
L'aide pour l envoi des bagages a l hotel suivante auprès de la reception.
Laverie tres efficace (nombre de machine, sechage)

Excelente ubicación, muy cerca del tranvía y junto al barrio chino y a la estación de autobuses. Las instalaciones increíbles y el onsen exterior en la azotea increíble. Habitaciones muy amplias y nuevas.

駐車料金の目安をキチンと提示してほしい。
Pros:

スタッフの対応がとても良かったです。
食事が美味しかったです。
駐車場が近い。

Cons:

展望風呂は最高でしたが、洗面台の周りの髪の毛が渦を巻いているように落ちていてキツかった。混んでいるのでしょうがないですが…そこを通って着替えるので…。
駐車料金が予定外の金額。時間をオーバーしていないのに、チェックアウト後なのでそのまま払って帰りましたが、説明不足だと感じました。
