Don't bother wasting your money or time

I was told I couldn't change rooms,
Broken ironing board / asked for a replacement and had to go to the desk to because no one responded. The pool was out of order the entire week of my stay, and my son was very disappointed! I felt unwelcome and a bother. We traveled over a thousand miles to vacation and the hotel visit was the worst part of the trip. And I purchased two rooms!

Que me hicieron un cargo de 450 dólares por qué el gerente del hotel dijo que estaba fumando en el cuarto cuando yo no fumo y haciendo un sobre cargo del lugar solo por qué la persona dijo que yo fumé cuando en ningún momento yo prendí ningún cigarro dentro de la habitación mejor prefiero que necesitan el dinero para ellos o para quedárselo ellos y aprovecharse de los huéspedes diciendo que de alguna forma hicieron algo que nunca hicieron así pésimo hotel no lo recomiendo para nadie para que no se aprovechen y les quiten su dinero mejor vayan a otro hotel

Room was not that clean, bed was uncomfortable and $30.00 dollars to park a car for the night at a hotel you are paying to stay at is un reasonable. Online booking did not mention anything about paying to park.

It was convenient to the airport.

Cons:

The kitchen was closed and it was the reason I used booked this hotel because I knew I was going to need dinner. The rooms are dated but the bed was nice.

Overall it was a good stay and I would recommend it.
Pros:

Staff were nice and friendly. I worked in the business center during the stay and it was perfect to take conference calls. Common areas were clean.

Cons:

Didn’t like we had to pay for parking during our 10 day stay. The food area wasn’t inviting and the pool was very cold making it hard to enjoy.
