I was disappointed for the money! It was way over priced, I think I paid $600 or $650 for 2 nights

Overall it was a good stay and I would recommend it.
Pros:

Staff were nice and friendly. I worked in the business center during the stay and it was perfect to take conference calls. Common areas were clean.

Cons:

Didn’t like we had to pay for parking during our 10 day stay. The food area wasn’t inviting and the pool was very cold making it hard to enjoy.

Upon checking out at desk. The day later, I recieved $29.38 not the 100

I got to the hotel mid afternoon. Breakfast had ended

Cons:

As stated, I got to the hotel mid afternoon it was to early to check in. However I needed to get into my room as I needed to get dressed for my event. I was told an earily assess to the room would need to be paid before I would be able to have asset to the room
I paid an early entrance of $58.75. I also was told a $100 would be held for any of the extra product goods would need to be paid.

Nice place would stay again if im in the area
Pros:

Clean, secure, and decent location!

Cons:

Prices are pretty steep to be away from main attraction chicago. And i dont like how you pay for parking in a parking lot design for the hotel. If i spend $600 dollars for 3 days and 2 night that should include parking. Im not from chicago so i guess thats how it is but im not a fan.
