Near the airport
100 dollars deposit. Crazy employees at the front desk. Dirty and old furniture outdated bathrooms 2 nights change the beds sheets no free breakfast the shuttle bus for handicapped was broken and peoples on the shuttle helped my cousin to get on the driver was disappointed
Was quiet, beds were comfy, staff was very friendly, and for staying a couple nights it was relaxing.
My bathroom needed a little more TLC.
Location airport. I didn't want a long commute on our departure day.

Everything! I requested a handicap room, early check-in arrival, a lower Floor or first floor room for two senior citizens over 80 years old. When I got there at 10 a.m. I was told that if I wanted an early check-in, I would have to pay $50 fee or either wait until 4 o’clock to check in. ( everyone in today’s world are looking for discounts, especially those on fixed incomes that don’t have extra funds in the amount of $50. The lobby was filled withi people awaiting early check-in’s also. I noticed that they were given rooms and I asked after an hour why and not us. I was told that they were in a special group and had made prior arrangements with the hotel. OK., but didn’t I do that also? I was then told that if I wanted a room, I could have a room on the fifth floor and it would NOT be a handicapped room. To prevent sitting another four hours, I accepted the room on the fifth floor. We got our room entry cards and proceeded onto to the elevator. Someone called out to hold the elevator, we did and a family of four got on with us that I had not seen in the lobby waiting for a room. As we started going up, the elevator stopped on the second floor for the family of 4 to exit. My husband and I have been honors members for many years and have never encountered this kind of treatment before. I was very disappointed with this type of treatment from Hilton, Hotels. This was a very important and special weekend for my entire family as my great grandchild was was graduating from the university of Chicago
Everyone was friendly. Rooms exceptionally clean. Pool very nice. Food decent. Bonus free shuttle to the airport was unexpected!
Pillows were dismal, room was hot at night even with the temp turned down all the way, it still went up to 72 overnight .

Near the airport and the highways.
Changing the towels and fixing the room is not done daily. And on our scheduled day of cleaning, staff knocked on our door while me and my family are still sleeping.
Also, there’s no water kettle to heat water and we’re not supposed to have complimentary water which the receptionist fixed but only 2 when we’re three in the room.
Charging for parking, that wasn't mentioned when booking, but they have a huge parking lot thst was empty.

The fact that there was a $30 per night PARKING FEE!! I mean REALLY??? The hotel charge was already astronomically high, there was NO MENTION of having to pay a parking for a hotel parking lot that we were already paying guests for! Never again!!! Beware of you stay here please call and ask if you will have to pay to park in there parking lot, because it definitely wasn’t in any fine print when I booked
