Camera molto pulita
Staff gentilissimo e pronto a rispondere ad ogni necessità

Cons:

L'acqua della doccia era fredda, è stato mandato un tecnico per sistemarla, ma continuava ad essere fredda.
L'aria condizionata faceva un rumore strano per tutta la notte

Falta poco para ser excelente en todos sentidos.
Pros:

la ubicación para nuestros objetivos es excelente, nos quedan al alcance los puntos de mayor interés en Cancun. podrían dar el mismo nivel de desayuno todos los días.

Cons:

Siempre quedan a deber en limpieza del baño que para nosotros es esencial asi como el funcionamiento de la ducha, siempre se acumula en agua en el piso, inundando el área

Desayuno estuvo bien.

Cons:

La llave magnetica de nuestro cuarto no funcionaba, asi que nos tenian que abrir ellos para poder ingresar. Tambien en booking decia que se podia hacer early check in y late check out pero no fue asi.

Cons:

They overbooked the hotel and when I arrived I didn’t have a room (which was paid already). I called in advance to let them know I was going to arrive late at night. I also contacted them via email and booking message to inform them about this. However my room wasn’t available. They moved me to city express junior to a smaller room with only one bed (it was a reservation with two beds). While I was waiting hoping the error to be fixed.. one lady arrived to reception complaining about de A/C at her room which wasn’t working. A man also came complaining about missing money in his room. I do no recommend this hotel

El personal estubo amable, profesional y cortes en el intentar de resolver los enconvenientes que surgieron

Nuestra reserva fue por el mariott city expres, llegamos por la noche y la recepcionist nos comunico que no estaba puestos y nos pucieron en el City Junior. En booking reservamos una habitacion matrimonial pero en el city junior donde nos alojaron no estaba disponible, estaba solamente una habitacion con cama separada. al dias despues abajo nuestra insistencia logranon ponernos en una habitacion matrimonial. Los emplejados fueran siempre disponible al fin no fue nada de importante pero de hecho creo que sea importante para ustedes saber cuando las cosas no reflejan las aspectativas y lo pactados. Un caro saludo

Pros:

Fazem um anúncio no booking que teria o check-in antecipado e o check-out tardio e na hora que voce chega na recepção dizem que isso não existe, é um golpe do proprio hotel que anuncia no booking e não respeita o que anunciou.

Cons:

Não gostei de nada nesse hotel, fujam desde lugar.
