Horrible, servicio pesimo, hotel muy anticuado y ademas en reformas!
Pros:

Estuve solamente dos noches, por lo que no podria decir algo que realmente me gustaria. El camaristo de la planta 5 fue muy amable en el area de pisos.

Cons:

Lo que no me gusto. Las camas estan en muy mal estado. Tengo fotografias que lo validan. Incluso vi una cama en el pasillo que estaban cambiando toda agujereada y hecha un cristo la verdad.

El desayuno, tienes que servirtelo tu mismo, no hay atencion alguna si algo se termina, se tarda en reponer. Luego tienen una maquina de cafe para el dia, pero no hay leche para poder ponerte con lo cual no puedes tomar cafe con leche, solo cafe. Si no te gusta el cafe estas condenado a tomar un te.

Otro tema son los aires acondicionados, infumables! Hacen un ruido que no es normal, tanto en la habitacion como el los pasillos de acceso a las habitaciones, nunca habia visto algo asi, dice mucho que desear de Marriott. Yo escogi este hotel por la marca, pero me decepciono a un nivel descomunal.

Otro tema fue no tener caja fuerte de seguridad en la habitacion, sabemos bien que suele pasar y los robos que hay en los hoteles, deje mi cartel de no molestar para que nadie entrara a la habitacion y ese fue el principal motivo.

Tampoco disponen de minibar! Ni poder ponerte un agua fresquita, con el calor que hace en Cancun. Tampoco tienen lamparas de noche ni despertador!

Y ya lo que me parecio de extrema peligrosidad es no disponer de un telefono en la habitacion. Primero me dieron acceso a la habitacion 530 y el que habia no funcionaba, totalmente viejo y sin conectividad. Y en la segunda habitacion que me traslade, 535 ya no tenia ni telefono, por lo que en varias ocasiones tuve que vestirme para ir a la recepcion porque no me podia dirigir con nadie ante varios problemas encontrados en la habitacion.

Esta semana regreso otra vez, pero ya reserve el Ibis Hotel justo enfrente, dispone de minibar, caja fuerte y todos los servicios minimos que se esperan encontrar en un hotel.

Nada recomendable, ni por el personal (que a veces salvan el estado de las propiedades) ni por el servicio que se ofrecen en el area de alimentos y bebidas o habitaciones. Deja mucho que desear.

Muy conveniente
Pros:

la ubicación del hotel con todas las facilidades de movilidad y el estacionamiento disponible aún en una zona tan ocupada y la amplitud de la habitación.

Cons:

la ropa de cama, específicamente las fundas de las almohadas estaban manchadas y parecían sucias, podrian mejorar un poco la oferta de desayuno sin elevar costos

Prisvärt om man bara ska sova.
Pros:

Rummet var trevligt och välstädat. Sköna sängar.

Cons:

Det saknades handdukar, toalettpapper och schampo och balsam mm. Frukosten var riktigt dålig och man fick äta på papperstallrikar i en skolmatsal. Poolen ligger i skuggan av huset hela dagen.
