Gostei do atendimento de todos os funcionários, todos muito gentis, só pela educação eu voltaria. O quarto confortou, banheiro nota 10. Café da muito gosto, ambiente muito limpo, aconchegante. Voltaria. Recomendo.

Cons:

Única coisa que faltou para ser nora 10 e ter um estacionamento coberto. Mas de resto nota 10.

Lindo lugar para alojarse pero guarda si tenes una reprogramación de tu vuelo !!!

Desayuno muy bueno. Buena ubicación. Muy buena atención del personal

Cons:

Muy poca flexibilidad ante una necesidad de check-out latter. Mas considerando que el hotel estaba con baja ocupación. Tuvimos una reprogramación de nuestro vuelo de regreso para la noche, por lo que pedimos (al llegar al hotel) realizar el checkout latter. Debimos esperar confirmación del mismo al dia de checkout, se nos cobró el 50% de la tarifa (lo cual no lo discuto, pero por que me hacen esperar a ultimo momento para confirmarme que puedo quedarme entonces?) y no realizaron la limpieza de la habitación (si nos cobran, deberian hacerla, no?). En resumen, tienen poca flexibilidad con un problema tipico de un viajero (una reprogramacion de vuelo). Aprovechando que son clientes cautivos te dicen "si me queda la habitacion vacia te la cobro al 50%, pero si alguien llega priorizo al cliente nuevo al que me eligió con anticipacion". No está bueno!!!

Das Hotel ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr schön und sehr komfortabel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, und die Lage ist top: nicht im lauten Zentrum, aber alles ist zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist klein, aber von sehr guter Qualität. Das Hotel war das Schönste, das ich bisher auf meiner Südamerikareise hatte. Ich kann es wärmstens empfehlen!
