Pros:

Bardzo fajny hotel, świetna obsługa. Bliska odległość do centrum. Parking dostępny - choć dodatkowo płatny.

Cons:

Hotel zarezerwowany na booking.com. Zdjęcia dotyczące zarezerwowanego apartamentu nie są zgodne z apartamentem, który nam okazano. Zmieniliśmy na inny (który zawierał elementy takie jakie zarezerwowaliśmy) ale jego zdjęcia ma booking.com też nie są zgodne - z całą pewnością temat jest do zweryfikowania przez Hotel i do poprawy.
Hotel położony przy mocno ruchliwej ulicy, więc jest głośno.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war super. Alles da. Es sind keine Wünsche offen geblieben. Alles schön und sauber präsentiert und nachgefüllt.
Äußerst freundliches Personal.

Außerdem ist die Dachterrasse ein Highlight des Hotels. Man kann sich unkompliziert im EG an der Bar Getränke herrichten lassen und mitnehmen.

A szálloda az óvároshoz közel helyezkedik el, gyalogosan könnyen megközelíthető volt minden. Kényelmes szoba, finom reggelivel. A személyzet nagyon kedves volt.

Cons:

Nagyon szűk parkolóhelyek a garázsban, de szerencsére semmi baj nem történt az autónkkal.

Praktisch und gut gelegen, freundliches Service
Pros:

Ich war schon mehrfach im Hotel Gollner, das zentral gelegen ist (man kann alles zu Fuß oder mit Tramway gleich ums Eck erledigen) und einen eigenen Parkplatz hat. Mein Zimmer war sehr ruhig und alles bestens, inklusive Frühstück. Es gab eine Mini-Bar und ein Safe im Zimmer. Das Personal an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück war sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Wahrscheinlich habe ich die falsche Zimmerkategorie erwischt: ich war recht irritiert davon, daß es zwar einen Kleiderschrank mit Fächern für Wäsche und T-Shirts gab (sogar mit Safe!), aber keinen Kastenteil zum Hängen -- man konnte nur über der Garderobe hängen, was für Kleider (die sind zu lang) nicht ideal war.

Ottimo Hotel per posizione e cordialità del personale

Posizione ottima per girare il centro di Graz, personale molto gentile e disponibile, camera grande, accogliente, come da descrizione. Colazione buone ed abbondante.

The room was clean, the breakfast was good, the staff was very professional.

Cons:

The street-facing room was very hot and the windows couldn't be kept open at night due to the high traffic noise. The air conditioning unit was also noisy, couldn't sleep with it turned on. The trams passing by created vibrations in the room.

Posizione comodissima al centro, stanze climatizzate(abbiamo visitato Graz in giorni di caldo infernale). Parcheggio comodissimo, locali puliti, personale accogliente

Cons:

Arredi piuttosto datati, stanze poco insonorizzate. I rumori della strada si sentivano a finestre chiuse tanto da disturbare il sonno. Quando passano i tram tutto trema: non e’responsabilita’dell’hotel, ma bisogna tenerne conto se si ha un sonno leggero. Colazione piuttosto varia, ma di qualita’mediocre. Molti moscerini e formiche ovunque al tavolo della colazione e sul buffet. In definitiva, rapporto qualità prezzo non dei migliori.

One night stay in the charming classic looking hotel in the historic center of the Graz
Pros:

Classic nice looking hotel, spacy garage, available for EV cars charging. Very friendly and responcible staff! Dog package on request, great breakfast. And location in the nice historic part of the Graz!

Cons:

Only one note is that it was only one small bottle of water in the minibar was for the family suite. For summer time when it's 35+, looks like more water bottles can be leaved in the suite.
