L'ambiance , on s'y sent bien . L'hôtesse d'accueil très aimable et qui en plus parlait français. .

Manque un ustensile pour nettoyer la cuvette des w c . Pas très bon fonctionnement de la pomme de douche et pas assez de tasse de.bonne contenance pour le café . Le jus d'orange pas très agréable .h
Las instalaciones del hotel se ven bien y cuidadas, la habitación es cómoda y muy grande, la cama muy espaciosa, me encantó. El personal es amable, a destacar la amabilidad de Samuel en la cafetería y de Anna Marie (si no recuerdo mal el nombre), también un señor que trabaja en restaurante y la chica de recepción que lleva muchos años ahí y también fue muy amable, todos en general. También me sorprendió para bien el restaurante, la comida estaba muy buena.
La ubicación no es céntrica aunque yo ya lo sabía, pero si no lo sabes te puedes ver bastante aislado. Por otro lado me sorprendió que siendo un hotel de 4 estrellas no te dejen ni un solo amenitie en la habitación, ni una botella de agua tampoco. Baje a preguntar si tenían set dental y me dieron sin problema, pero en las habitaciones no tienes nada. El recepcionista de la noche tampoco era muy amable, no se si por el cansancio, por la hora ya que hice check in demadrugada, pero parecía hasta molesto por cada cosa que le preguntabas. Por suerte al día siguiente todo el resto del personal fueron muy amables los dos días que estuve allí.

La atención y las cenas
La temperatura de los pasillos y del edificio es muy elevada. Obliga a poner alto el aire acondicionado, que aunque es moderno y efectivo, hace algo de ruido y me obligó a usar tapones.
Los colchones y almohadas son un poco blandos para mi gusto.
