Cons:

Wir hatten das Hotel gebucht und bei der Ankunft hat man uns dann gesagt Stellplätze sind nur für Autos und nicht für Motorräder. Rezeption sehr unfreundlich und zu keinem Kompromiss bereit. Wir sollten die Motorräder irgendwo auf der Straße abstellen!

super confy. great for having the Prague experience. everything you want in walking distance.

Super professional and friendly staff. Fantastic location in the heart of the city. Metro access super close, Beautiful and tasty breakfast. free coffe and water 24/7, cosy room, clean and confortable

We made do with old facilities and had a good stay.
Pros:

The location excellent, beds were very comfortable and breakfast was adequate.

Cons:

Corridor carpets were all and very dirty. Shower had poor pressure.

Wirklich schönes Hotel mit sehr gute Lage
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr schön. Besonders die Zimmergrösse und das moderne Badezimmer mit der großen Dusche hat uns sehr gefallen.

Das Frühstück fanden wir sehr gut und es gab da alles was man braucht. Die Frühstückszeit von 8-11 Uhr fanden wir gut.

Schön fanden wir auch, dass man sich rundum die Uhr selbstständig gratis Kaffee und Tee im Frühstücksraum mitnehmen konnte.

Den Aufenthalt empfanden wir als reine Abzocke. Das Hotel ist auf keinen Fall weiter zu empfehlen.

Wir mussten 120 Euro aufzahlen, weil wir zwei Doppelzimmer anscheinend nur für eine Person pro Zimmer gebucht haben. Nicht für vier Personen. Das Hotel ist zur Zeit eine Baustelle und befindet sich neben einer noch größeren Baustelle. Baulärm ab 6 Uhr früh hat uns aufgeweckt. Der Rest das Hotels ist leider schon ziemlich abgewohnt. Das Personal könnte freundlicher sein

Lage gut, für die Leistung ist viel zu teuer.

Die Lage vom Hotel ist gut, Getränke, wie Kaffee und Wasser 24 Stunden kostenlos.

Cons:

Frühstück hatte wenig Auswahl, nicht alles wurde gekühlt. Zimmer waren Altmodisch, Defekte Gardinen, keine Garderobe im Flur, die Fenster konnte man nicht kippen, kein Toilettenpapierhalter...
Hoteleingang nicht einladend, Personal an der Anmeldung sind nicht sehr hilfsbereit.
