The location was really good for getting to the astronomical clock and the square. The street below however is very noisy so it's a bit of a trade off. Breakfast had a good selection.
The hotel is not as advertised, it is very unfinished. The entrance has no lights on the way in which is very off-putting coming in late at night with people hanging about the street and there are cables just hanging not connected to anything. The lift buttons are held together with sticky tape and there are random curtains all over the place covering up drafty areas they seem to wish to keep hidden but doesn't look normal at all. The reception staff don't really want to deal with you or answer questions- on arrival they were more interested in chatting to each other than checking us in and leaving today at 6am the reception was in darkness with the receptionist sitting in the dark and didn't turn the lights on to speak with us when we were asking questions. The room was basic and didn't look much like the pictures, no main light in the ceiling of the bedroom and had to rely on multiple lamps when getting ready. The room was far far too warm, we had to sleep with the windows open because the temperature control didn't seem to work and then it became hard to sleep with the noise below of drunk people and street cleaning. The cleaning staff often just made the beds without leaving clean towels and we had to put up a bit of a fight on one occasion to get clean towels. We had spent a little more money on this hotel than others we had looked at and I really regret it now because it was not worth it.
Das Zimmer war sauber, das Personal freundlich und das Frühstück gut und ausreichend.Die zentrale Lage spricht absolut für das Hotel.
Leider sind die Fenster schon sehr alt und daher auch dementsprechend lärmdurchlässig. Es war nachts sehr laut. Generell entspricht das Hotel nicht mehr dem was auf den Fotos zusehen ist. Es dürfte die letzten Jahre nicht sehr viel zur Instandhaltung beigetragen worden sein.

Ho soggiornato al Friday Hotel dal 24 al 29 ottobre e posso dire, senza alcun dubbio, che è stata un'esperienza assolutamente perfetta sotto ogni punto di vista. Se potessi dare 15 stelle, le darei tutte senza esitare!
La posizione è semplicemente imbattibile: L'hotel si trova in un punto strategico eccezionale, in pieno centro. Abbiamo girato tutta Praga comodamente a piedi, avendo le attrazioni principali, i negozi e i locali migliori letteralmente a due passi da noi. Scegliere questo hotel significa dimenticarsi dei mezzi pubblici e godersi la città dal suo cuore pulsante.
Una colazione SUPER SUPER SUPER bellissima e buonissima: Il buffet del mattino è stato il vero capolavoro del nostro soggiorno. Non è solo una colazione, è un'esperienza sensoriale! Una varietà infinita di prodotti freschi, dolci squisiti, opzioni salate di altissima qualità e una presentazione così curata da essere una gioia anche per gli occhi. Ogni mattina è stata una festa per il palato, il modo perfetto per iniziare la giornata con il massimo dell'energia.
Servizio impeccabile e una gentilezza d'altri tempi: Lo staff è il vero valore aggiunto di questa struttura. Fin dal momento del check-in siamo stati accolti con un calore, un sorriso e una gentilezza straordinari. Sempre super disponibili, attenti a ogni minimo dettaglio e pronti a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta con una professionalità impeccabile. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati dal primo all'ultimo giorno.
Pulizia eccellente, atmosfera fantastica e un rapporto qualità-prezzo incredibile. Consigliatissimo a chiunque voglia vivere una vacanza indimenticabile a Praga. Ci torneremo sicuramente! ah, dimenticavo nella nostra stanza Pavimento in bagno riscaldato!

Kahvaltı muhteşemdi. otelin konumu mükemmeldi. Herkes Prag da yer alan otellerde gece üşüyebileceğimizi söylerken bu otel hamam gibiydi. sıcağı seviyorsanız direk konaklayabileceğiniz bir otel. Yatakları oldukça geniş çocuğumuz yanımızda olsaydı sorunsuz kalabilirdik. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü açıklayıcı ve yardımcı oldu. Kahvaltının başlangıç ve bitiş saatleri de oldukça iyiydi.
Odalarda tek kullanımlık terlik olsa çok daha iyi olabilirdi. Bunun haricinde herhangi bir problem görmedik oda oldukça temiz ve genişti, konumu oldukça güzeldi. Genel olarak düşünmeden direk konaklanabilecek bir otel.

Il y avait une enseigne lumineuse sur le toit d'en face qui éclairait beaucoup la nuit.
De plus, le 1er jour la climatisation faisait encore du froid, alors que le lendemain, elle ne faisait plus que du chaud.
Posizione centralissima, vicina alle maggiori attrazioni della città, negozi, ristoranti, bar e supermercati, vicinissima alla metro A Mustek, davvero ben posizionato. Personale gentile e disponibile, colazione varia e abbondante, stanze confortevoli e silenziose.

מלון חביב, בסיסי, נמצא במיקום יוצא מן הכלל, מה שגם קצת בעוכריו, משום שהוא רועש מאוד.
הבעיה העיקרית שלנו היתה המיטה. המזרון קשה כמו אבן, הכריות קשות ולא נעימות, השמיכה גם כן ראתה ימים טובים יותר והייתה כבדה מאוד. כל זה פגם באיכות השינה שלנו ולא אפשר לנו מנוחות צהריים לחידוש הכוחות לקראת הערב.
מלון שמתאים אולי לצעירים, אבל בהחלט לא מומלץ לגיל הזהב....
בלילה האחרון החלטנו לפנק את עצמנו במלון איכותי, וישנו נפלא!
