Buena ubicación con mal servicio.

Ubicación y cercanía a la playa

Cons:

La limpieza de la habitación era muy deficiente. Hay que pedir para que hagan el servicio completo de limpieza, que sería hacer camas, cambio de toallas y sacar la basura, de lo contrario, con suerte sacan la basura de la habitación.

Pros:

La ubicación frente a la playa, el desayunador , el restaurante y la atención del personal.

Cons:

Observamos detalles a mejorar en la limpieza de la habitación. Además, la ducha inundaba el piso del baño, y se comienzan a ver detalles debido al uso/mantenimiento. Asimismo, durante los 5 días en los cuales nos hospedamos, no funcionó el ascensor principal.

Hotel viejo con una lavada de cara! No vale el precio, el ascensor principal no funcionaba, el wifi en la habitacion nunca funciono, siendo que el resort fee te lo cobrar e incluye eso, la habitacion cuando les daba ganas la hacian pero todo medio pelo….

Room amenities were lacking
Pros:

Room did not have a microwave, refrigerator or ice bucket. Complimentary breakfast was not included. Our room looked on to a boring and ugly wall, couldn’t see the ocean. Pool water was cold. Restaurant was nice, open air, ocean view.

El acceso a la playa

Cons:

Tener un hidromasaje en el dormitorio y no dentro del baño. Si querias ducharte despues o antes del hidromasaje mojabas todo el dormitorio para acceder al baño. Adicionalmente la habitación esta descuidada, cortinas viejas, poco lugar para guardar la ropa. No condice la habitación con el resto del hotel que es excelente. Falta inversión en los cuartos

Unpleasant experience
Pros:

There were hidden charges not clear at the time of booking. I did not find value for money in the room and service provided. Elevator are non functional most of the times.. Location is the only plus.

Not a good experience
Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

The room was dark, smelly, small and no view at all, just looking at the wall off next building. There was a flashing light all the way through ceiling and very disturbing, we mentioned that to the reception, they just checked but didn’t take any action.
There was some dump smell and they used a super strong room spray to cover it up which made it even worse.
The kids wanted to use the pool but it’s closed at 8pm, so they couldn’t.
There is only one elevator and it was super slow.
The decoration was good looking but not comfortable at all, quality was bad.
Overall this was a very bad experience for us and we really didn’t like anything about this hotel, I wouldn’t recommend it unless all you need is just sleep and leave.
