Good stay
Pros:

Stayed here one night before a cruise. It is an older building but they have done a good job of giving it a nostalgic vibe. The rooms are decorated in a mid century modern. The room was a good size.
The bathroom was ok not a lot of counter space.
The pool area is very nice, we spent most of our time at the beach, which is awesome. They have chairs with umbrellas. We were able to get into our room around noon which we were very grateful for and they let us use the beach chairs from 11 am and held our luggage in their storage room.
We hadn’t been to this area of Miami before and it was nice to get a flavour of a different area. We loved being able to go for a long walk on the boardwalk. We walked all the way to 82nd street.
We would definitely stay here again before or after a cruise. They don’t have shuttles to the port so we took uber.

Carino ma si può migliorare
Pros:

Bella posizione direttamente sulla spiaggia di North Beach, meno affollata di South Beach che è comunque raggiungibile con il servizio di trolley gratuito.
La stanza quadrupla con 2 letti matrimoniali è comoda e spaziosa.
L'hotel ha tutto quello che serve per una vacanza di qualche giorno, servizio spiaggia, piscina piccola ma carina, ottimo e molto accogliente il ristorante.
Molto bella la sala colazione con terrazza sul mare.

Cons:

Nella stanza interna, quindi senza terrazzo, non si può aprire la finestra e non c'è sistema di aerazione quindi non si cambia mai l'aria e si crea umidità e cattivi odori. C'è aria condizionata ma non basta. Asciugamani e costumi appesi in bagno rimangono bagnati per giorni, non c'è modo di farli asciugare.
Le camere non vengono rifatte a meno che non lo si richieda in reception.
In spiaggia sono assegnati 2 lettini a stanza, anche se la camera è da 4 persone, quelli extra si pagano.
Dal lavandino del bagno esce solo acqua calda. Inoltre nella nostra camera il rubinetto era collocato talmente sul bordo estremo del lavandino da rendere quasi impossibile utilizzarlo.
Consiglio vivamente la camera con terrazzo.

Loved it!
Pros:

I went with my 25 year old son and we both loved it! Very convenient and the staff is honestly amazing. Resort vibes, great location and very safe. The restaurant had great food and the pool and beach access were worth it alone!

Pros:

Loved the size of it. The location was perfect. Staff was amazing.

Auton pystyi jättämään maksusta parkkipaikalle tien toiselle puolelle mikä oli tosi hyvä, sillä muutoin autolle paikan löytäminen olisi voinut olla haastavaa. Hotelli on rannalla, mutta South Beachille oli mentävä autolla, joskin sinne pääsi helposti. Tien toisella puolella oli mm. Subway ja Domino's mutta muutoin ihan lähellä ei ollut kiinnostavia ravintoloita. Hotellilla oli tosin oma ravintola, mutta emme testanneet sitä. Huoneessa oli poreamme. Hotellilta olisi voinut ostaa aamiaisen, mutta emme testanneet sitä.

Cons:

Huoneessa oli todella kosteaa, jonka vuoksi vaatteet alkoivat vähän haisemaan kun jäivät kosteiksi. Ilmastointi piti myös melko kovaa ääntä.

К сожалению, он нам совсем не понравился.

Единственный плюс — это расположение. До океана близко, и район в целом удобный. На этом, пожалуй, плюсы заканчиваются.

Cons:

Персонал показался довольно надменным и холодным — ни улыбок, ни ощущения гостеприимства. Атмосфера в отеле тоже странная: многие постояльцы такие же отстранённые, из-за чего ощущение уюта полностью отсутствует.

С уборкой тоже были проблемы — её практически не было.

С учётом стоимости отель совершенно не оправдывает свою цену. К сожалению, это был самый слабый отель за всё наше путешествие по США.
