Pros:

Todo, menos que el ascensor cerca al lobby estaba fuera de servicio. Fuera de ello, todo espectacular. Sin embargo, en una estadía anterior me dieron un welcome drink. Esta vez no. Pero luego, todo fantástico.

Lindo todo poca limpieza

El baño estaba todos los dias con la misma suciedad a pesar de qie “supuestamente “ pasaba housekeeping. Solo hacian la cama. El piso ni lo barrian. Hasta con arena quedaba. Deben revisar eso porque seria una pena que baje su reputación por limpieza.

Jobs worth refused to loan wine glasses to the room
Pros:

Hotel has a lovely view but charged us $1,500 for 3 nights and refused to loan us 2 wine glasses for the room despite us spending a lot of money in the bar throughout our stay. No need to be so stingy.

Alles SEHR modrig, verschmutzt und irgendwie ekelig. Feuchte Handtücher im Bad, feuchte Bettwäsche. Überall Schmutz am Boden, ein einseitig angefallener Rollo. Restaurant am Tag unserer Ankuft komplett geschlossen. Haben nach 2 Stunden ausgecheckt

The staff deserves high marks. Everyone, from the front desk to the team at the fifth-floor restaurant, was excellent and very courteous.

However, the room cleanliness and maintenance were below expectations. The floors were extremely greasy, making it uncomfortable to walk barefoot. The bed linens were stained, and the room walls showed visible dirt and lack of maintenance. In room 217, the shower valve became stuck and would not shut off properly. When we tried to contact the front desk, the room phone was not working. In room 221, the bathtub was also noticeably dirty.

In addition, the pool water was extremely cloudy and appeared very dirty, making it impossible to use.

Overall, while the service from the staff was outstanding, the housekeeping, maintenance, and pool cleanliness require significant improvement.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The room was decent and comfortable, and the front desk staff were welcoming and friendly, especially Angelo, who provided excellent service throughout our visit.

There were a few areas that could use improvement. The tile floor in the room became very slippery when wet, and the toilets clogged easily. We were also disappointed that the outdoor amenities closed fairly early.

The pool area could have been better maintained, as there was quite a bit of debris floating in the water, and there were not enough pool towels available for guests. Additionally, our experience with the beach chair attendant was not very positive, as they did not seem particularly friendly or accommodating.

Despite these issues, the kindness and professionalism of the front desk staff helped make our stay enjoyable overall.

This version keeps the feedback constructive while highlighting the positives.

The location near beach was wonderful..

Cons:

Looks are deceiving.. The hot tub was not sizable for two people.. The room was a lot smaller than the picture and there was no ocean view.
