Wenn man den Vergleich hat bei den ambitionierten Preis etwas verwundert.
Pros:

Bescheidenes Hotel

Cons:

Defekte Nachtischlampe, defekte Gardinen. Verdunklungs Plissee und zwar so wie es aussah auch nicht erst gerade seit gestern defekt. Tagesgardine Fehlanzeige, freundliche Einblicke für die Bewohner von gegenüber. Reklamation mit Bitte um Instandsetzung wurde schwächlich zur Kenntnis genommen und ignoriert.
Hotel in die Jahre gekommen. Zimmer allerdings tipptopp sauber, dank dem Reinigungspersonal.

Pros:

Very good access for me as a permanent wheelchair user, friendly helpful staff and a great location in the city for accessing all the galleries and museums. Breakfast provided many healthy choices

Cons:

The small slope in to the bathroom from the bedroom was difficult to access alone and I needed assistance. Otherwise the room was very good for my requirements

التكييف كان عطلان .. وعند ابلاغهم قالوا يوجد صيانه .. وفي اليوم التالي قالوا سياسة فنادق فيينا ماتشغل التكييف في ابريل وهذا غير صحيح ولم يتم توضيحه عند الحجز .. (كان الجو حااار ونمت بدون تكييف)
الاثاث جدا مستهلك والسجاد غير نظيف
(الغلايه ومكينة القهوه مستهله و تعلق)

Старые номера, без ремонта лет 10 , грязный ковролин, пошарпаные стены, дверные рамы!
На завтраке не хватало еды и не доносили быстро! Но вкусно )))

Amazing stay and location, highly recommended!
Pros:

This hotel is superb and we loved it all. The location as a tourist is perfect, rooms (and lobby) are comfortable and the staff is friendly and proactive in help.

Cons:

If I need to say something: The elevator works only with the keycard of the room from the lobby going up. At rare occasions, it doesn’t work at the first try. If that is the only negative point, this hotel is good.

Location is perfect. I’d like to mention how helpful the reception manager, Akhat (as far as I remember), was during my stay. He was consistently attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming, always ready to assist with any questions or requests.
