Super Location
Pros:

Lage, Stil und Parkservice waren super!

Cons:

Schade war, dass das gebuchte Zimmer aufgrund eines Schadens nicht zur Verfügung stand. Uns wurde aber eine gute Lösung präsentiert, mit welcher wir hervorragend leben konnten!

Location is superb. The general vibe of the place is very pleasant.

Cons:

The shower did not have a curtain or door, nor a "zero" position to indicate water flow off. There were no hangers/radiators to leave towels to dry. The TV was not that big, and hidden in corner of room which made it troublesome to watch from bed or anywhere else. Also the TV did not have any streaming services, or connection to internet for e.g. casting. The cleaning staff personal belonging in the trash.

Location is great, staff is polite, they offered gluten free bread and cereal for breakfast. Rooms were clean and of decent size. Room service worked well.

Cons:

Hotel facilities and rooms, bathrooms are not very well kept. Breakfast varieties were very limited. I had to wait quite a bit during check-in.

We've got upgraded to Family Room, good sized room facing the main street, big bed, and very vell equipped bathroom.
The staff was super helpful, whenever anything was needed they were happy to help immeditaly. Generous breakfast with good quality options. Right next to metro station or only 5 mins walk to Stephanplatz or to other dowtown destinations.

Cons:

There were electrical issues in the room, once you turned off the light, the TV turned off as well, so could only watch tv at night with lights on, couldn't fully control the heating, was very hot at night. (even during winter time)

Great hotel in an excellent location.
The location is perfect – very central and convenient for walking around the city.
The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and always happy to help.
We stayed in a family room which was very spacious and comfortable, making our stay with kids easy and enjoyable.
Highly recommended!

Pros:

Otelin konumu mükemmel. Tam şehrin göbeğindesiniz. Çoğu yer yürüme mesafesinde.
3 gece konakladık. Büyük bir odada kaldık (Junior Suite). Bina eski olduğu için tavanı yüksek bir mimariye sahip. Bu nedenle oda çok ferahtı. Kışın soğuk bir dönemde oradaydık. Ama ısı konusunda fena değildi.
Banyo kısmı bu tarz bir otele göre fena değil, ama tuvalet havalandırması olmaması kötü.
Kahvaltısını önden satın aldığıma pişman oldum. Biz çünkü burada kahvaltı edeceğimize hemen yanı başındaki Cafe Central’de kahvaltı etmeyi tercih ettik. Açıkçası oteldeki kahvaltıyı vasat bulduk.
Küçük bir lobisi var, burada da akşam içkinizi içip sohbet edebilirsiniz.
