Brilliant hotel, with amazing staff and facilities!
Pros:

The staff are super friendly and the hotel is beautifully decorated inside. Its got a great location in downtown Cairo. You can walk to restaurants and very easy to grab ubers. The facilities like the gym, and spa were excellent. It felt like an oasis in the busyness of Cairo. Would definitely stay again!

Cons:

The outside area by the pool looks a bit plain. The only real thing I didnt like was the bar which was smoking. People also lit up around the resturant which ruins the environment.

Great, but the smoking everywhere is awful.
Pros:

Good location. Great staff. Good food in restaurants.

Cons:

Cigarette smoke everywhere!! This is not just a Ritz problem, this is a problem all over Cairo. It is like the US in the 1960’s. Smoking section of restaurants 20 feet from the nonsmoking areas inside! Same air.

Ritz should lead in having smoke free facilities everywhere in the world!!

Ottimo hotel con buon equilibro qualità/ prezzo ma sceglierei stanze che danno lato Nilo per evitare rumori notturni
Pros:

Struttura ben posizionata e controllata in tutto. All’interno ci sono tre ristoranti di cui uno italiano molto buono. La colazione ottima e abbondante a buffet

Cons:

In entrambe le due sere non abbiamo potuto dormire fino alle due di notte a causa della musica alta proveniente dalle sale che l’hotel utilizza per feste private.

Goed hotel met excellente service. Dicht bij het historische centrum en een goede uitvalsbasis voor een paar dagen Cairo.
Schitterend uitzicht over de Nijl.

Cons:

Inrichting is zoals je mag verwachten van het Ritz, Amerikaans en enigszins klassiek.

Excellent séjour dans un hôtel d’excellence.
Pros:

C’est un très bel établissement, très bien situé.
Les plats proposés par les deux restaurants sont de qualité. Rien à redire. Le service est très agréable.

Cons:

La salle du petit déjeuner est vite remplie aux heures d’affluence.

Pros:

La chambre très grande (Deluxe avec vue sur jardin), les équipements et prestations, la qualité du service et le buffet.
Le prix très correct pour ce niveau de prestations haut de gamme.
Un hôtel de luxe à l'ancienne, au final plus confortable que son cousin au pied des pyramides, mais désormais moins bien placé dès lors que le musée a été transféré également près des pyramides...

Cons:

L'hôtel n'est plus aussi bien situé qu'avant, mais l'expérience est vraiment top.
L'environnement en centre ville.
Les repas ont des prix un peu élevés.
