L’accueil était très chaleureux, la chambre très spacieuse et les équipements parfaits.
Petit déjeuner excellent lorsque vous êtes en famille.
La différence de traitement en tant que femme lorsque je petit-déjeunais seule. Les hommes autour étaient traités aux petits soins tandis que je n’ai eu ni boisson proposée ni couverts à ma table, ni aucune gentillesse des cuistots. Très très dommage.
Parfaitement située, accueil parfait, grande piscine, chambres agréables, tout était magnifique ! Seul petit bémol, les fenêtres des chambres qui ne s’ouvrent pas et l’absence de balcon… Prenez la formule lounge si vous pouvez, elle est excellente !

There was nothing we didn't like. We could even imagine to return to Cairo just to enjoy the hotel and the city again without the sight seeing pressure when you are the first time in Egypt.

Er worden veel feesten gegeven in de tuin met zeer luide Arabische muziek tot 1 uur ‘‘s nachts.
De bediening in het Libanees/ Egyptisch restaurant was niet erg vriendelijk.

تجربة رائعة بكل المقاييس أولاً من ناحية موقع الفندق وبالنسبة للغرف واسعة جدًا ومريحة والاستقبال كان بكل حفاوة وإحترافية من لحظة وصولك وبكل لحظة الى وقت مغادرتك يتميز الفندق بالهدوء والفخامة وأيضاً الخدمة كانت جميلة استمتعت جدا وحبيت إهتمامهم بالتفاصيل الصغيرة اللي تخليك تشوف ان هالفندق خيارك الأول في القاهرة •

Friendly and professional staff especially Mr .Bassem Milad Rooms division manager and Mr.Amr from reception 😊 , Mr. Bassem personally checked on everything and followed up with me throughout my stay. He was very professional, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of. I truly appreciated his excellent service and attention to detail.
