Friendly and professional staff especially Mr .Bassem Milad Rooms division manager and Mr.Amr from reception 😊 , Mr. Bassem personally checked on everything and followed up with me throughout my stay. He was very professional, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of. I truly appreciated his excellent service and attention to detail.
