Great property, wonderful daily breakfast & good room service options. Room was cleaned daily and pool / amenities were great.
Our third stay at the Ria Park and it’s always a pleasure.
We have stayed at the Ria Park since 2015 and have always loved it. The staff, facilities, food and cleanliness are excellent *****
Our experience was fantastic. The Ria is located in such a beautiful and safe area. We will return at our first opportunity.
Just a wonderful clean quiet well run hotel.A wonderful pool and area around it.From reception to cleaning to bar staff all very efficient and friendly. We have stayed here before and just choose to go there annually because we have never stayed anywhere that betters it.
Beds were exceptionally comfortable
Very nice
Staff were fantastic - very attentive and quick with service.
Beach a ltitle walk away but lots of beautiful houses on the walk.
We had one night at the Ria Park due to change in flights and arriving a day earlier than planned. It was perfect stop over. Almost wish we could have stayed longer
Been coming here for 27 years, and never once been disappointed.
I only stayed one night during my 7-day holiday this time — and it turned out to be the best night’s sleep and the best meal of the entire trip.
Thank you, Ria Park. You’re always the best. ⭐️
Great Hotel
Love the hotel and staff been going to Ria Park for many years and always enjoy seeing them and lovely that they also remember us and welcome us back hotel is delightfull
The hotel was nice and had a lovely pool. The breakfast had lots of choice but not great quality. The pool bar food was very expensive and again lacked quality.
The cleaners were very loud in the morning between 8:30-9:30 every day and didn’t tidy away dirty plates/mugs. The turn down service was too early being between 4-5pm.
However there was a complimentary shuttle service to the beach which was convenient.
The hotel had a great table tennis and foosball table which was enjoyable. The area felt safe but you had to get a taxi if you wanted to go and explore further.
Check in was not so smooth, there were issues with the room I payed online and to make the switch the process was shaky. Staff should be more prompt. The hotel rooms need a revamp for a 5 star resort but the pool area is really good!
If this were a 3 Stars hotel I would give them a better rating. However, the experience for been a 5 starts hotel is not complete.
Room was pack of mosquitos and they switch us from the room to another. Hotel changers you £2 for every bottle of water, and 5 € for every 75cl of water its absurd to say that the hotel is 5 stars and pay extra for water.
As well as the sunbeds at the beach, they charge you €25 per day for a couple of beds. Beach is all right. Great location, great service from staff. Good breakfast ( however no bananas or any fruit that I you can take for the day) good food for dinner.
My first time staying at Ria park hotel after coming to the area for many years.
The beds were very comfortable and air con worked great!
The pool area was very well kept and tidy. Plenty of space and towels.
The hotel is dated but it’s very clean so I didn’t mind too much!
The breakfast has a good variety. It would have been good to have some options of fruit such as apple and bananas for the children and maybe an option of omelette’s.
Staff were friendly, and room service very quick.
For the price I was pleasantly surprised as where we normally stay is significantly more expensive.
I’d definitely return - it’s a shame the kids club was not open as it is school holidays but not to worry.
Location is great, in between vale do lobo and Quinta do Lago. Can walk but with younger kids probably too far.
Overall it was a good stay!
Love the hotel, but you do need a car to go to restaurants and
Beautiful hotel . But the bar beside the reception the noise that is can be heard in the actual hotel rooms . When you have an early start and the noise is still going on at 1am it is quite frustrating . The rooms are in a circular direction and the sound travelled the whole way through the hotel and we were on the the 5th floor ..
Hotel dated inside, needs updating, spa area poor.
Rooms comfortable and spacious. Staff friendly and very helpful.
This was our 8th stay at the Ria , and it still offers great value for money.
Excellent location , easy walk to beach , and within a short drive to all the amazing restaurants in the area.
We were in room 503 , which was clean and mainly good condition , although the bathroom needed a little bit of TLC , cracked grouting etc, however I noted that the rooms either side of us were being stripped down ready for some form of refurb, and as the hotel shuts for the winter on the 31st October , I assume now we have departed our room will also be stripped down for refurb.
