Pros:

Very friendly and helpful owners. Quiet place, away from all noises. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Downside, poor wifi,no direct access to beach you will have to walk around. Value for the money especially in a high season.

Petit hôtel très tranquille avec personnem aimable. Nous avions une chambre dans le basement et avons demandé à changer. La proprio nous a offert une chambre avec une super vue mer pour un léger supplément. Nourriture bonne et assez variée pour le souper. Le déjeuner correct/redondant. Piscine tranquille et magnifique. Le barman était très sympathique! Je recommande.

Great Value, pleasant stay
Pros:

Ermioni is not a luxury hotel. It's simple, convenient, and very friendly. Firm mattress.
The food was good (though the not biggest variety). Breakfast could be inside or outside. The pool bar was nice in the evenings, and Bleddi was a great bartender and very pleasant guy.
There were several different wifi connection points available; sometimes changing to a different connection would be necessary to get sufficient wifi.
The beach immediately behind (three minute walk) the hotel was nothing special. One option is to walk westward down the beach to a nicer spot, maybe in front of the taverna.
