I did not stay but no money back
Pros:

I booked this hotel for my travel to Moskow in early April, 2021. Unfortunately before my travel Russia cancelled flights from Turkey. I sent message to Moscotel and i told that due to this condition i would not be able to stay in this hotel. I wanted to cancel my stay and wanted my money back. They did not answer me and did not send my money back. This is a very unrespectfull behaviour. They should understand this situation and would have helped me.
