Die Lage, das Angebot für die Kinder

Hôtel parfait pour les enfants - Kids Club, chèvres et poules, jardin potager, plusieurs aires pour les petits, deux piscines et même un mini spa pour eux - bref, le paradis des petits. L’endroit est remarcable aussi en hiver et à l’été.

Cela décharge aussi les parents. Le principal bémol, est la literie - matelas trop mous et déformés. Oreillers à changer aussi (de plumes mais très souples).

Côté nourriture, très correcte. Pas trop de choix, mais qualitatif et toujours avec des options « healthy ». Ils font des petits déjeuners et dîners à table et assez consistants. À midi vous aurez un buffet réduit mais complet.

Dernier deux choses à savoir:

- Si vous changez votre rdv spa avant les 24h il vous sera facturé dans sa totalité sans préavis. Cependant, si eux ils l’annulent… ben, rien.

- Comme souvent dans la région, on parle allemand, parfois quelques mots de néerlandais et - un peu - d’anglais. Mais souvent les panneaux ne sont que en allemand (et ne pas en anglais).

Conclusion: n’hésitez pas si vous avez des enfants et que vous connaissez un peu les différences entre la France et l’Autriche en matière d’hôtellerie.

Everything was excellent! We loved the nature, food, drinks etc. We drive an electrical car and the underground charging worked well.

Alles super 👍beim Frühstück hätte ich mir bei der Kategorie einen Koch gewünscht der Omelett macht gewünscht.

We visited the Kaiser in January 2020 for the ski trip with kids. From the first moment we entered the hotel we were impressed by the interior, ambience and the size of the property. The check in process went very smoothly, we got a nice room, big enough to meet all our needs, it had a balcony and very nice amenities, including a modern bath and a separate toilet room. The room also had a safe deposit box and a small fridge. The beds were big enough with extremely comfortable pillows and blankets. The mattress could have been a little bit more comfy but we were so tired after a day of skiing that it didnt bother us that much. The kids used the kids play room, including a table tennis and pool games.
The spa is very modern and in a superb condition. Its not the biggest or the most luxurious you will see but it definitely was a lot above the average. The food at the restaurant was also very very tasty with good variety from vegetables, meats, sweets and drinks.
Overall our stay was amazing with plenty of great memories and that’s the only thing you need from your vacation.

Perfect vacation with the kids, great team, and a family oriented

Tolles Hotel für kinder, super Spielmöglichkeiten innen u außen. Die kidsbetreuung ist super. Das Abendessen ist hervorragend.
Sauberkeit im Zimmer war nicht optimal, aber ansonsten ist das Hotel sauber u gepflegt. Wir Könnens nur weiterempfehlen!!!!!

Hotel davvero per famiglie: ampia area giochi esterna e interna, cinema, piscina per bambini, possibilità di noleggio bici. Un autobus gratuito permette di raggiungere i laghi più vicini: per i bambini è stupendo il lago di Going.
Pasti vari e ben cucinati (cucina tipica).
Parlano inglese.
Unica pecca (forse solo per noi italiani) è l’orario della cena dalle 18 alle 20 comunque giustificato dalle ore di luce per sfruttare l’area giochi esterna e le visioni di cartoni animati al cinema (ci sono sempre 3 visioni: una verso le 17, poi 19,30 e 21).
Tutto ciò che abbiamo richiesto ce lo hanno fornito.
Personale molto disponibile e gentile.
Molto materiale informativo per i turisti.
Per la prima volta posso dire che ritornerei sicuramente qui a fare una vacanza.
Ci siamo fermati 4 notti ma avremmo potuto farne il doppio e non ci saremmo annoiati.

tolles Essen, tolle Umgebung

Très beau complexe avec de nombreuses activités pour les enfants! Buffet copieux et d’excellente qualité !

Kinderen (6 en 11jaar) hadden de tijd van hun leven. Wij een mooie mix van stille goede nachtrust met de ramen open, smaakvol eten, rust en mogelijkheid tot genoeg prikkels qua activiteiten in en rond het hotel.

Tutto perfetto . Siamo stati benissimo. Le camere sono ampie e funzionali gli ambienti relax sono stupendi. Cibo ottimo e abbondante. Il personale è molto gentile e affabile.

Goed hotel, wel wat geluidsoverlast door de aanbouw van het nieuwe gedeelte

Clean and fresh rooms with a lot of space. Very good buffet. The pool outside is very cold but the one inside is heated and the kids could swim there for ages.

We stayed five nights with all inclusive. The food was really tasty! High quality and very fresh buffet. The kids loved the indoor pool. It was warm so they could bath for ages. The outdoor pool was cold and not a big hit. But they are expanding and hopefully the new bigger pool will be warmer for next summer. The family room was big and clean with a small refrigerator. I warmly recommend this hotel and we will come back.

Excellent family ski holiday base. Warm welcoming friendly staff. Excellent food and facilities. Absolutely fantastic.
