Horrible is not enough to describe but horrible management.

I stayed back in may 17 to 19th. On the last day of my stay some hotel staff got in to my room and removed all of my bed sheets, pillow cases and towels and weirs enough they didnt even bother leaving a replacement for any of those. When I got to the hotel late night I had to deal with replacing them from the lobby which took another 15 to 20 minutes. When I address my concern and discomfort to hotel manager Khan. He said he will refund last day of my stay which is $93.68 but he want me to call booking.com which where I got my reservation done. I called booking.com and few days later they told me that Khan said they talked to me about it and I was satisfied which is incorrect. I have never made a such statement or I was satisfied. Not only they didnt handled the situation professionally and also lied to booking.com and myself which i didnt appreciated at all. Its such a disgrace to handle your fault like this and definetely not acceptable on my end. I want my refund for the last day immediately as hotel manager Khan said so. And never stay in this place ever again. What a joke!? I am still working on this refund process, calling. booking.com for the 5th time today. What a waste of time.....

First & last time we’ll stay there.

Clean-ish. The room was run down. The quality was not there (i.e. paint was on the floor & window would not shut). Also, we specifically wanted centennial breakfast, but the food was all gone after a Chinese tourist group ate everything—I don’t know who’s fault that was, but the hotel should have contingencies for big groups. Also the staff was dismissive—no good mornings or friendliness.

Honest review
Pros:

We had an end unit with a great view, staff were mostly friendly.

Cons:

Pool had globs of hair floating around, breakfast made us sick 2x, then we stopped eating it .. also of note, suite slept 6 according to website, in reality, A5 is tight. Sofa bed sleeps 1 or 2 very small children.

Economic stay, convenient location, good staff - needs more meticulous cleaning.
Pros:

Lobby area is good, staff are kind and friendly. Easy vibe.

Cons:

AC very noisy. Pillows are bad. There was someone else’s hair in the bedding (got stuck by static? A ball of hair). There was moldy old coffee pouch in the coffee maker / made the coffee maker a hazard to use.
