Pros:

I've been staying here when I am in the area for work for quite a while now. The location cannot be beat, price is excellent and rooms are great.

Cons:

Under new management, and they are not as friendly as the previous managers, so I am a little disappointed about that, but not enough to look for somewhere else to stay.

Not worth the money for the stay

Cons:

First there were pillow meant for a child like 1/4 of the size of a regular pillow then the tiles in the entry way to room are all cracked and moving when you walk in next after my slipper showe experience and the oh shower handle all loose which now I know why cause the tub was so slippery I almost fell a few times after that went to blow dry my hair and it didnt work checked the outlet and the outlet wasn't working and cant move blow dryer to another outlet cause its screwed to wall so couldn't even dry my hair.

Not good
Pros:

Shower in bathroom was not optimal, even though it was a hand held shower it was so low had to bend down to reach it, almost kneel. The water would escape under the curtain so the floor and hallway leading to the bathroom was standing water. About an inch.

Review: Unprofessional Front Desk Staff – Did Not End Up Staying

I booked a room here for my son and his girlfriend, who were traveling out of state for critical medical reasons. They did not end up staying due to an awful, highly unprofessional experience with the staff. It was incredibly stressful for them to be forced to worry about where they were going to sleep right before an important medical appointment, adding completely unnecessary anxiety to an already difficult situation.
The man at the front desk completely pretended he could not find the booking. Even after they showed him several confirmation emails, texts, and direct receipts from the hotel itself proving the room was already fully paid for, he insisted they hadn't paid and demanded that they pay again. His behavior was bizarre, and it heavily implied an attempt to wrongfully take more money.
To make matters worse, his behavior was entirely out of line—he kept grabbing my son’s phone, physically taking it out of his hands while they were trying to show him the digital confirmations. It was a ridiculous, incredibly strange, and completely unacceptable interaction.
Because the staff was so horrible, the booking company stepped in and issued a full refund of our money. Avoid this place—the front desk staff cannot be trusted when you need reliability and peace of mind.

Hands down the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The front desk agent, Just (or however his name is spelled), working that evening was disgustingly rude, miserable, ignorant, and completely lacking in basic customer service. He claimed he couldn’t find my reservation and told me to cancel through Booking.com and book directly with the hotel. I could have easily done so, but his behavior alone made me refuse to give this hotel my business.

While I was trying to contact Booking.com, he kicked me and my 3-year-old daughter out at 1 a.m. Booking.com later informed me that the hotel had actually cancelled the reservation because they were sold out. His constant interruptions and condescending, hostile attitude were completely unacceptable. By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
