I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel due to misleading room descriptions and photos. When I arrived, I was offered two options:

The first room looked similar to the pictures, but the balcony was completely different from what was shown online. Instead of the advertised mountain view, the balcony looked directly onto trash dumpsters and a construction site.

The second room had a balcony like the pictures, but the interior looked different and did not match the advertised room.

It felt like the hotel combined photos of different rooms to create one appealing listing, which does not reflect reality. This was very frustrating, as I had reserved and paid for a specific room that I never actually received.

Un fine inolvidable.
Pros:

El hotel es muy acogedor, las habitaciones son grandes y los baños muy limpios y modernos. Pero lo mejor de todo sin duda algunas es su personal, amables , atentos y siempre con una sonrisa vamos de 10 no lo siguiente.
Gracias a todo el personal.

Séjour très agréable, à refaire sans hésiter!!
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé à Soldeu (départ à pieds en randonnée: vallée d.incles + accès station de ski)´permettant de rayonner dans les jolis villages d’ordino, Canillo + attractions (roc del quel..mirador solaire ..pont tibétain) et virée shopping à Andorre. Les membres du personnel sont tous très bienveillants. Chambre nickel et pt déjeuner au top!! Tant salé que sucré avec une terrasse dont vue sur les pistes..séjour très agréable.possibilité de stationner le VL à l.intérieur pour 20€/jour.

Piolets vale mucho la pena!
Pros:

Habitación amplia, cama muy cómoda, baño grande y muy nuevo. Todo super limpio. Nos tocó terracita con vistas a la montaña. Y la terraza del Hotel muy bien decorada y con unas impresionantes vistas a pistas. Hay parking del Hotel y zona azul. Servicio de Spa de 1hora muy recomendable para relajarse. Cerca de buenos restaurantes. Checkin cheack out muy rápidos. Muy buen Hotel 4* en Soldeu.

Pros:

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Soldeu, and our stay in Hotel Piolets playing a very important part. It is centrally located, with free parking just behind the hotel. We were quite impressed by the food and the service. Gloriously warm weather also meant that we had most of our meals on the terrace. What a relaxing holiday!

Super hôtel, très classe, je n’ai pas l’habitude d’aller dans ce type d’hôtel. Hôtesse d’accueil qui ne parle pas le français mais nous nous sommes débrouiller avec un traducteur pour se faire comprendre. Elles ont été patiente et généreuse. En revanche pas très pratique pour se garer, déjà je trouve que le parking de l’hôtel est cher mais en plus il est limité en hauteur donc je n’ai pas pu m’y garer avec un utilitaire mais les hôtesses m’ont trouvé une solution. Attention les parkings exterieurs ne prennent pas la carte, faut prévoir de la monnaie.
En tout, nous avons passé un très bon séjour malgré le peu de temps venu.

Chambre correcte, salle de bain très jolie et bien aménagée. Les couloirs sont vieillots.
Petite déjeuner et repas du soir sous forme de buffet, pas mal de choix et bien achalandé mais pas très goûtu.
La partie SPA est clairement à revoir…
