Pros:

Nossa experiência no Hilton Porto Alegre foi muito agradável. O hotel oferece uma excelente estrutura, com ambientes confortáveis e um atendimento à altura da categoria.

Aproveitamos bastante o espaço de happy hour, assim como a piscina e a sauna, que tornaram a estadia ainda mais prazerosa. O café da manhã também merece destaque pela variedade, qualidade e pelo ambiente agradável. Tivemos ainda a oportunidade de conhecer e conversar com outros hóspedes, o que trouxe um lado muito simpático e acolhedor à experiência.

Como única ressalva, durante dois dias tivemos um incômodo considerável com o barulho de uma furadeira vindo do quarto ao lado, aparentemente em razão de algum serviço de manutenção. O ruído acabou interferindo em alguns momentos de descanso, conforme mostramos no vídeo anexado à avaliação. Acredito que serviços desse tipo poderiam ser melhor planejados ou previamente comunicados aos hóspedes.

Ainda assim, a impressão geral foi muito positiva. Um hotel completo, muito bem localizado e com ótima estrutura em Porto Alegre. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Uma observação pontual sobre nossa hospedagem no Hilton Porto Alegre: durante dois dias, tivemos bastante incômodo com o barulho de uma furadeira vindo do quarto ao lado, aparentemente em razão de algum serviço de manutenção ou obra.

O ruído ocorreu por períodos consideráveis e acabou interferindo no conforto e no descanso que naturalmente se espera de um hotel desta categoria. Acrescentamos o vídeo à avaliação justamente para registrar a situação.

É um ponto que merece atenção da administração, sobretudo quanto ao planejamento e à comunicação prévia de serviços realizados próximos aos quartos ocupados. Fora esse episódio, trata-se apenas de uma ressalva específica à nossa experiência.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent stay from start to finish!
Pros:

Hilton Porto Alegre delivers on every front. Check-in was super quick, the rooms are wonderful, and the breakfast is fantastic. The service throughout the hotel is fantastic, especially the valet team who were always on point and ready to assist. 10/10 experience!
