Quarto sujo (especialmente o piso do quarto). O hotel precisa de uma manutenção geral. Os funcionários até têm boa vontade, mas são muito atrapalhados. A comida do hotel é cara demais pelo que entrega.

Conforto no coração de Moinho de Vento
Pros:

O hotel realmente está muito bem renovado. Quartos novos desde a nossa última visita um ano atrás. Cama confortáel e equipamentos muito bons. O time do hotel é ultra atencioso, inclusive nos ajudaram a conectar nossa AndroidTV na TV do quarto, coisa pouco comum em hoteis. Academia muito bem equipada.

Cons:

alguns pontos:
- Estranhíssimo para um hotel desta categoria cobrar por xícaras e taças de vinho no quarto. Acho q nunca havia visto um hotel cobrar por algo tão básico como oferecer louça para usar no quarto. OK cobrar quando existem abusos. Mas nao para o básico.
- Café da manha com equipe super atenciosa. Mas o serviço de pedir omelete, tapioca, etc acaba nao funcionando por nao dar conta da demanda. Precisa ser repensado.
