Pros:

Extremely nice hotel in a beautiful location.
Pros:

Hotel grounds and room itself were the best of anywhere we've stayed in Porto Alegre (around the airport typically, always 4+ star locations). Connected to Moinhos Mall and a block from Moinhos Park. Lots of boutique shops and smaller restaurants within short walking distance. Hotel restaurant was nice, staff very accommodating, burger was average. Bedding in the room was the best part, water pressure in bathroom was very strong (good). TV stopped working second day, service tech came up right away but my wife had fixed it by jiggling wires going into top of TV. Otherwise no issues at all.

Cons:

94 reais for parking.

Una estadia acorde a estar en una cadena Hilton

El desayuno bueno y completo y excelente ubicacion . Tambien destaco la atencion del personal

Cons:

Ningun tipo de detalle, como alguna cortesia de bienvenida, pocos elementos en el baño. Habia saquitos de te, pero no tazas, deberían prestar mas atención a los detalles

Conforto no coração de Moinho de Vento
Pros:

O hotel realmente está muito bem renovado. Quartos novos desde a nossa última visita um ano atrás. Cama confortáel e equipamentos muito bons. O time do hotel é ultra atencioso, inclusive nos ajudaram a conectar nossa AndroidTV na TV do quarto, coisa pouco comum em hoteis. Academia muito bem equipada.

Cons:

alguns pontos:
- Estranhíssimo para um hotel desta categoria cobrar por xícaras e taças de vinho no quarto. Acho q nunca havia visto um hotel cobrar por algo tão básico como oferecer louça para usar no quarto. OK cobrar quando existem abusos. Mas nao para o básico.
- Café da manha com equipe super atenciosa. Mas o serviço de pedir omelete, tapioca, etc acaba nao funcionando por nao dar conta da demanda. Precisa ser repensado.

A cama é grande e confortável

Cons:

Quarto sujo (especialmente o piso do quarto). O hotel precisa de uma manutenção geral. Os funcionários até têm boa vontade, mas são muito atrapalhados. A comida do hotel é cara demais pelo que entrega.
