I had an exceptional experience with the team at InterContinental Chiang Mai. Every staff member showed genuine care and outstanding hospitality throughout my stay.
From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Khun Noon. Khun Ging provided a smooth and seamless check-in experience, while Khun Brian professionally introduced and explained the room facilities in great detail.
I would also like to sincerely thank the entire F&B team for their attentive service during my stay. Special appreciation to Khun Kate, the Breakfast team, Pool team, and Hong’s Sky team for making every moment so memorable.
I apologize that I cannot remember the names of everyone who served me, but overall, everyone left a positive impression on me.
Their kindness, professionalism, and dedication truly impressed me, and I deeply appreciate all the effort from everyone involved.
Had a lovely time at the Intercontinental. We booked the hot tub room which was great and the Mountain View room. Location was convenient and breakfast was really good with many options. Staff were all so kind, especially Brian! He helped us with so many parts of our trip and had great recommendations. We will miss him dearly!

Очень комфортный отель с красивым дизайном. Персонал просто безупречный, всегда доброжелательны и готовы помочь, уборка номера на высоте. Просторный и продуманный до мелочей номер с хорошей внешней звукоизоляцией (снаружи была стройка, но мы ничего не слышали). Великолепная ванная комната с огромной ванной и душевой, хорошая подсветка и зеркало для макияжа. Разнообразный завтрак на любой вкус, отличный капучино. Понравилась ухоженная территория, было приятно провести время в бассейне, посидеть в саду или выпить кофе с пирожным в кафе возле лобби. Также понравилось, что у отеля есть небольшой внутренний двор с фонтаном для въезда, а не сразу выход на улицу.
Прежде всего огромный депозит - 12 тыс. бат, который как бы сразу показывает уровень недоверия к гостям (мы и так оплатили наше пребывание еще до прибытия в отель) и эти деньги лежали мертвым грузом, вместо того чтобы мы потратили их на благо города или отеля. Неоправданно высокие цены в баре на крыше. На счет внутренней шумоизоляции, к сожалению не могу сказать то же, что и о внешней. Входная дверь тонкая и все слышно, что происходит в коридоре - утром нам мешало хлопанье дверей других номеров. Также была смежная дверь в другой номер, но нам повезло, что там никого не было. Очень не хватало нетфликса.

I had another amazing stay at InterContinental Chiang Mai, and it continues to exceed my expectations every time.
I arrived very early, as noted in my IHG app, and was pleasantly surprised that my room was already ready upon arrival, allowing me to refresh right away after my journey. I was also upgraded to a premium room, which was in excellent condition with well-prepared amenities.
As an IHG Diamond Ambassador, I truly felt that my status was well recognized. One of the main reasons I keep returning and have become a loyal guest is the Club Lounge. Without a doubt, this is one of the best InterContinental Club Lounges in the world. Everything was simply perfect: afternoon tea, evening cocktails, food quality, and selection. Please continue maintaining this exceptional standard.
The service was outstanding, led by Khun Nui, the Club Manager. She has an incredible ability to recognize guests and remember their preferences. As I was celebrating my 40th birthday during this stay, I received a thoughtful surprise from her and the team, which truly made my stay special. Her experience and positive attitude clearly set a great example for the entire team.
I would also like to give special recognition to Fairy, who delivered outstanding service. Not only to me but to all guests in the lounge. She is always smiling, polite, and attentive to detail. Additionally, I’d like to thank the rest of the team, Tristan, Ozon, Poy, Toy, Nun, and Fren for their excellent service.
If you are considering upgrading your stay to include Club benefits, I can confidently say it is absolutely worth every single dollar.
Breakfast at the main restaurant was also enjoyable, with attentive staff and a wide selection of both local and international dishes. The pool is slightly small compared to the hotel size but still offers a pleasant atmosphere. The rooftop provides an amazing view, although unfortunately, the air pollution during my stay limited outdoor activities.
Another suggestion is that the room upgrade could have been better for a returning guest since other IC properties also considered suites or higher premium room types to the loyal guests.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience and truly enjoyed every moment. I will definitely be back and am already looking forward to my next visit.
