La ubicación, las instalaciones generales del hotel muy lindas y la atencion

Cons:

La cama era muy incómoda. La limpieza de las habitaciones no era buena y al baño le faltaría una remodelación

Sentral plassering, men mye bråk utenfor. Veldig trangt og mørkt rom.

Fint og nyoppusset bad.

Cons:

Mørkt og trangt rom, med kun plass til en dobbeltseng. Mye bråk utenfor, vanskelig å sove.

Muito próximo do Porto Nyhavn e de todo o centro de Copenhagen.
Pros:

Bem localizado. Viemos de metrô, saindo na estação que fica bem próxima ao prédio da Magazin. Dali foi uns 700 metros carregando malas, porém a cidade é toda plana e calçada. Não é das coisas mais difíceis. Está muito pertinho do porto de Nyhavn. Há possibilidade de comprar o café da manhã na cafeteria do hotel. Avisando até das 22 horas do dia anterior ganha-se 10% de desconto. Atendente do café muito prestativo.

Cons:

Deixamos a mala na recepção, antes de entrar, pois ainda não estava na hora. Ao voltarmos por volta das 18 horas, a atendente não estava na recepção e tivemos que esperar por mais de meia hora, pois quem nos atendeu foi o atendente da cafeteria anexa, que estava sozinho na cafeteria também. Ele estava com boa vontade, porém teve problema com senhas da recepção, precisou entrar em contato com alguém (aparentemente ele estava quebrando um galho da recepção). Já estava tudo certo, mas demoramos para conseguir a nossa chave e subir para o quarto. Um hotel que cobra este valor teria que ter atendente à disposição do hóspede que ,chega. Achei o elevador muito pegueno também.

Great location BUT new mattresses are a MUST!
Pros:

Great communication with the hotel prior to arrival. Easy check in with a very pleasant staff member. Excellent location.

Cons:

I’ve traveled to 67 countries and this was the MOST uncomfortable bed I’ve ever laid on. Unable to sleep for both nights AND that was after an all night flight! Mattress kept falling off the tiny bed and was it so soft and lopsided. Horrid! Walls were paper thin and room was part of the parking lot. Guests arriving at 2 am were loud. Didn’t matter, though, as I couldn’t sleep anyway due to the bed.

Nice location but way to expensive for what it is
Pros:

Very nice location and nice staff

Cons:

The room was very small, not very comfortable lacked basic facilities but cost a lot.

Muy contenta, la verdad me gustó.
Pros:

Aunque solo me quedé una noche, fue bastante cómodo, muy bien ubicado. La zona era realmente central a 8 minutos de la estación del metro, a unas cuadras de las zonas más turísticas. Las verdad quedé muy contenta.

Cons:

Quizá lo ûnico que podría mencionar es que el check in era un poco tarde para mi gusto, pero pudieron guardar mis pertenencias mientras iba a recoger la ciudad.
