Merkezi konum, kahvaltı olanağı - ek ücrete tabi 1 gün önceden iletirsen %10 indirim veriyorlar-, asansör var, açık alanda oturma şansı var, çalışanlar olabildiğince nazik

Cons:

Yatak gerçekten çok kötü, üstündeki alez sürekli yer değiştiriyor, sabah kaynamış yumurta değil omlet yapar mısınız dediğimde hayır yanıtını çok rahat iletebiliyorlar - kurallar ah kurallar-. Öyle lüks bir yer beklemeyin ama iyi. Oda küçük ama Kopenhag’da anladığım kadarıyla odalar genelde küçük, bir de çift kişilik yatağı koyunca engelli atlayışlar ile odada geziliyor. Buzdolabı yok benim gittiğim vakit çok ihtiyaç da yoktu, yazın sıkıntı olabilir.

serious security incident and poor handling by staff

Great location within walking distance of Nyhavn and the city center.

Cons:

During my stay, the hotel mistakenly marked me as a no-show and assigned my occupied room to another guest. As a result, another guest opened my room door while I was inside. What concerned me most was not only the room assignment error, but also the way the situation was handled afterward. I felt I was treated very rudely and as if I were doing something wrong, despite having checked in the previous day and holding a valid room key. The issue was eventually resolved, but it was a serious privacy and security concern. In addition, after the incident my key card stopped working multiple times, forcing me to return to reception repeatedly. Overall, the handling of the situation was disappointing and stressful.

Check-in alle 15, sarebbe stato piu comodo prima, ma comunque abbiamo.potuto lasciare i bagagli in hotel nell'attesa

So wie erwartet, Lage und Betten waren das Wichtigste für uns.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, Frühstück haben wir nicht im Hotel gegessen, aber andere sagen es sei gut. Personal war freundlich. Wir haben die Fahrräder des Hotels gemietet, die gut fuhren. Betten waren bequem.

Cons:

Die Türen zum Flur könnten besser isoliert sein. Bad war nicht so modern aber OK. Preis-Leistung der Zimmer könnte besser sein, aber Hotels in Kopenhagen-Zentrum sind teuer.

Très bon petit déjeuner, hôtel propre, personnels accueillants, aimables et efficaces. Très bonne situation pour visiter. Un bon qualité/prix. Je conseille pour un court séjour

Cons:

La douche à l'italienne car salle de bain trop petite. Insonorisation pas top.

Leider etwas mehr Schein als Sein...
Pros:

- Lage ist top; ruhige Seitenstrassse, sehr zentral und mehr oder weniger alles fussläufig erreichbar
- Sehr freundliches, junges und hilfsbereites Personal
- Guter Groove in den öffentlichen Bereichen (schöne Möblierung, Duftkerzen, Sound, Boutique-Style-Ambiente)
- Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis (das muss man fairerweise schon auch festhalten; verglichen mit anderen Angeboten; auch wenn es unten ein paar negative Punkte anzumerken gibt...)

Cons:

- Badezimmer ist unterirdisch (beim Duschen ist das ganze Bad für längere Zeit komplett überschwemmt; warmes Wasser bei der Dusche hat viel zu wenig Druck; gewisse Armaturen waren defekt/beschädigt)
- Spartanische Einrichtung im Zimmer (kein Safe, keine Minibar, kein TV)
- Die dunkle Ambiente ist zwar stylish, macht jedoch das eh schon sehr kleine EZ noch viel kleiner
- Super ringhörig von oben zur Seite und zum Gang (die Brandschutztüre zum Treppenhaus nervt, wenn die Gäste die Türe nicht vorsichtig schliessen können; und die allermeisten dieser Gäste können das anscheinend nicht...)
- Topper auf der viel zu weichen Matratze verrutscht ständig
- Aber klar, man muss die Kritikpunkte in das Verhältnis zu den Kosten setzen. Man darf für den Preis nicht viel mehr erwarten, das muss man fairerweise schon auch sagen

Ganska fräscht och bra säng.

Cons:

Jättedåligt vattentryck i duschen. Rummet var inte färdigt kl 15 när vi kom. Personalen var noga om att informera att utcheckningen skulle ske senast kl 11 annars fick man betala för varje timme därefter, undrar om det händer något när rummet inte är färdigt kl 15 🙁 ?
Ingen TV på rummet. Frukosten ingick inte och enligt menyn verkade den lite torftig så vi åt frukost ute på stan.
