Pros:

Nice place to stay in the center of Copenhagen when you don't need more than a sleep. There is no TV, no kettle in the room, the shower is not very powerful. I didn't try any food, maybe it is nice. The staff is very pleasant and helpful.

Excellent séjour avec les animations de Noël et les illuminations du parc Tivoli.

L'hôtel ést très bien placé pour démarrer les excursions ou faire du shopping.
A recommander.

Position of the hotel in a quiet area near good restaurants and public transport

Cons:

There was no room service at all. Beds were untouched and no bathroom cleaning in a three night stay.
