It was cozy and warm
The location was great! Staff was sweet didnt have any issues the front desk gentleman was so very sweet he made a relatable conversation with me made check in easy. Would definitely go back even with the small minor infractions.
In our room I found a used tissue on the floor, quite a bit of dust in restroom as well I think one more check before saying it was completed would have benefited. The family above us were loud with the stomping and running around, we didnt say anything because it sounded like young children and stopped at a reasonable hour. Which is not in the hotels control. Pool area was not what we expected. We assumed they were just getting it up and running hot tub was boarded up and that area was pretty dirty.
Location to freeway
The room was too dark . The lights should have lighter bulbs the sofa area / the lamp wasn’t working we mentioned to the staff , so the room was very dark the only bright light was the middle part of the hallway
The location is exceptional! The staff are kind and helpful… The rooms are reasonably clean (carpeted floors would be better…individual taste I suppose) plenty of pillows!!! I love that!!!
There wasn’t anything I didn’t particularly like. Everything was acceptable or exceptional
The location
They had a mildew problem that made me sick they moved my room and then the shower didn’t work so I had to go back to the bathroom that smelled like mildew late last night and they didn’t want to compensate me they only offered me $25 for my inconvenience. Terrible and I had to be work in the morning
they don’t receive the money from booking site and will deny you ever paid and you’ll have to wait three weeks for your money back.
The property felt tucked away and the building was clean.
