Der Service, die Sauberkeit, die Lage

Zajtrk odlično. Osebje zelo prijazno. Veliko ležalnikov je velik plus. Ogrevan zunanje bazen = velik plus.

Cons:

Pravzaprav ni stvari, katero bi lahko kritiziral. Morda bi lahko dali na balkon malo boljše stole ne teh starih in obrabljenih.
Glede na to, da je bila soba 557 kot nova.

Abbiamo soggiornato un weekend a fine Aprile. Tutto è stato oltre le aspettative. La camera spaziosa,. Il ristorante con un buffet eccezionale sia a cena che a pranzo.

Hrana.

Cons:

Nastanitev ni poskrbela za mir in normalno bivanje za vse goste v nočnem času. Mlada skupina mladoletnikov je dolgo v noč z zvočniki nabijala muziko ter trkala po vratih. Hotel ni poskrbel in saj družine z malimi otroci (pri nas otrok od 8mesecov, ki se vsakič vstrašo in ni spal do 1 ure po noči) ni dal na posebno nadstropje z ostalimi družinami ampak vmes med mladoletne skupine. Nismo se pritoževali tudi na celodnevna glasna dela na dvorišču in okolici hotela z naše strani sobe, za nemir in maltretiranje po noči pa res ni opravičila. Osebje po nočnem pritoževanju ni reagiralo, po odhodu se pa niso niti opravičili, ali pa ponudili kako nagodbo.

siamo clienti abituali, ormai conosciamo a memoria il posto.
tra i top: area ristorante e varietà di piatti per colazione e cena.
ottima anche area videogiochi

Cons:

il cemento che appare nelle zone interne dell'albergo
la scala che dal piano 1 porta alla wellness
i prezzi del bere (vino/birra) al ristorante dell'hotel, a livello di Milano ormai
