I liked the location, staff willing to meets our needs and food.
The original room meeting what was booked.
The inconvenience of having to wait 1 day for resolution. The TVs are not consistent in the rooms some are smart and some are not. You have to pay deposits for drinks glasses and towels when it is supposed to be all inclusive. In the restaurants you can't have drinks with spirits unless you pay but in other parts of the hotel you can but don't understand why there are so many different rules and no consistency.

Breakfast was not good
Rooms where not very nice and food was disappointing every time... all inclusive but you cant have ice cream. Food at lunch and dinner wasn't great was disappointing. The staff were lovely and always very helpful.

Door locks a little awkward to manoeuvre at times
The food in general was very good with lots of choices especially for plant-based (aka vegan).
We were upgraded to a bigger room, which made a lot of difference. The balcony was nice. The shower and bath were very clean.
The air conditioning does not exist or wasn't working. The ceiling fan helped a lot and opening the door to the balcony also made it very comfortable and cool.
The facilities are amazing, especially the gym and the pool. The jacuzzi area was also a big plus. The All Inclusive was so worth it. The buffet is exceptional with great choice
The decor needs a refresh. There are old carpets in the halls and the sound proofing between rooms needs improvement

The staff and Location
The beds were not comfortable no iron hair dryer was shocking and very old.
nothing - the hotel is old and shabby and facilities were closed or not available. the pictures on the website are a gross misrepresentation of the state of the hotel. See photos for example of disrepair (including the “view” from our room - that condensation caused by damp!) and that’s without getting into the food which was the same every single day.
