Can not recommend neither the hotel nor the area. Food was great though, especially Sunday lunch.
Pros:

The food was great and the personnel was very friendly. Especially the animation crew.

Cons:

Uninformed people in reception. Not able to answer simple questions about what is happening at the hotel. Different answers from different persons.

Woke up one day from a fire alarm without getting an answer why it had sounded. There was a fire alarm test planned for another day that never sounded. Didn’t feel safe.

Mold in bathroom and taking forever for hot water to arrive. No heat in bathroom meaning that bath towels never fully dried.

Very noisy Spa/indoor pool area. Some noise absorbing material would have been sufficient.

Kids playing room only open certain hours. Great personnel when open.

Too loud music in bars and dining areas.

Bad smell outside in the St Paul areas. Could be due to close by garbage landfill or tuna fish farms nearby but not clear. Smell of garbage however.

MEILLEUR HOTEL DE MALTE , nous avons passé une semaine incroyable !
le personnel à l accueil est au petit soin pour pour chaque client ,alors qu ils ont des centaines de clients par jour qui défilent ! Merci au personnel de l accueil qui parle français ,Natacha , Rihad et tous les autres ...ils ont répondu à toutes nos demandes ( et ce peu importe l heure ) , toujours avec le sourire et la bonne humeur ! L hôtel est d une propreté incroyable , qui dépasse tous ceux que nous avons fait jusqu à présent ,vous verrez toujours du personnel qui nettoie ... le marbre du hall est lustré , les escaliers sont brossés , les vitres du halls sont faites continuellement ... les wc toujours propres au RDC ... il y a du personnel constamment partout où que vous soyez ! et cela change tout !
Un hotel où vous n aurez pas FAIM DU TOUT !!! et où vous mangerez très très bien. Les repas que ce soit le midi , au gouter , ou le soir il n y a rien à redire , il y en a pour tous les gouts et c est très varié ( cuisine maltaise , italienne , turque , marocaine , indienne ) large choix d entrées , de plats , de desserts et C EST TRES TRES BON !!
On a envie de dévorer tout le buffet ! Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la quantité de personnel qui servaient dans les salles du restaurant et ceux qui cuisinaient , à peine un plat était à moitié vidé , tout de suite le cuisinier le remplissait !
Merci au grand chef de cuisine tunisien ( je ne connais pas son prenom ) qui est très sympa et qui gère ses équipes incroyablement !
c est l abondance ! et c est rare ! nous avons pris la formule all inclusive , il n y a rien à regretter , foncer !
Le soir place aux spectacles , on ne s ennuie jamais avec toute l équipe d animation !
MERCI encore à tous ceux qui ont fait que notre séjour à été inoubliable !!

Dream stay, will be returning.
Pros:

We loved everything, the staff were amazing and went over and beyond for us always, the restaurants were amazing, the room was perfect, we cant fault anything about our stay.

Ogólnie polecam, ale bądźcie ostrożni.

Duży wybór bufetowy. Wygodne łóżko. Blisko pętli autobusowej. Super barmani.

Cons:

Kontakt i przepływ informacji to jakiś dramat. Już od września pisałem przez Booking wiadomości, prośby i pytania. Do dzisiejszego dnia nikt mi na nie odpowiedział. Podany telefon jest błędny, znaleziony w internecie czasami był odbierany, czasami nie. Gdy przyjechaliśmy dostaliśmy informację, że musimy dopłacić ponad 500 euro, więc mówię, że nie ma takiej opcji, bo pełna kwota podana na Bookingu została przez hotel pobrana. Pan z recepcji kazał mi w tej sprawie napisać maila do RECEPCJI. Napisałem, nikt nie odpowiedział, ale nagle nic płacić dodatkowo przy wymeldowaniu nie musiałem, co zaczęło mi trącać próbą wyłudzenia pieniędzy. W pokoju kępa włosów pozostawiona po poprzednich gościach i czas coś zrobić z grzybem pod prysznicem.
