The beds were not comfortable no iron hair dryer was shocking and very old.
nothing - the hotel is old and shabby and facilities were closed or not available. the pictures on the website are a gross misrepresentation of the state of the hotel. See photos for example of disrepair (including the “view” from our room - that condensation caused by damp!) and that’s without getting into the food which was the same every single day.

Hotel has an excellent location for people who want to travel around Malta, as a large bus station is located only about 5 minutes on foot away. Hotel's restaurant serves absolutely delicious meals, with daily changing international themes. There is also a possibility to book a la carte restaurants nearby. Well - equipped gym available 24/7, with a helpful coach available during broader daytime hours. Hotel's staff provided us with a baby cod and additionally with a baby bathtub upon request.
Some places in the hotel or room could use some renovation.
Everything was great, staff, food, beautiful hotel, rooms were very clean, we didn't have any complaints during our stay. We really enjoyed it. Excellent service!

Bel hôtel, beaucoup d'équipements, toujours très propre, tout le personnel est très agréable et très reactif aux demandes.
La formule all inclusive est parfaite, beaucoup de choix au buffet.
Localisation plutôt intéressante pour visiter l'île. de Gozo,.il Rabat et Mdina, La Valette est à une heure en bus...
Animations variées pour tous.
Pas grand chose au niveau desagrement, si ce n'est un faible éclairage dans la salle de bain, et d'autres vacanciers parfois bruyants en pleine nuit pour regagner leur chambre (mais l'hôtel n'est pas responsable des gens peu respectueux des autres).
We stayed for 12 days and had an all inclusive package. We liked the hotel even though we were there off season. The food was good, different cuisine every day. Staff was nice and helpful. The rooms were cleaned every day. Since we were there off season, part of the hotel was closed, but there was plenty of activity during the day and evening. We liked the cocktails, wine and prosecco. :) If we decide to return to Malta, we would probably stay at this hotel again, although we are more of travelers than vacationers.

le personnel à l accueil est au petit soin pour pour chaque client ,alors qu ils ont des centaines de clients par jour qui défilent ! Merci au personnel de l accueil qui parle français ,Natacha , Rihad et tous les autres ...ils ont répondu à toutes nos demandes ( et ce peu importe l heure ) , toujours avec le sourire et la bonne humeur ! L hôtel est d une propreté incroyable , qui dépasse tous ceux que nous avons fait jusqu à présent ,vous verrez toujours du personnel qui nettoie ... le marbre du hall est lustré , les escaliers sont brossés , les vitres du halls sont faites continuellement ... les wc toujours propres au RDC ... il y a du personnel constamment partout où que vous soyez ! et cela change tout !
Un hotel où vous n aurez pas FAIM DU TOUT !!! et où vous mangerez très très bien. Les repas que ce soit le midi , au gouter , ou le soir il n y a rien à redire , il y en a pour tous les gouts et c est très varié ( cuisine maltaise , italienne , turque , marocaine , indienne ) large choix d entrées , de plats , de desserts et C EST TRES TRES BON !!
On a envie de dévorer tout le buffet ! Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la quantité de personnel qui servaient dans les salles du restaurant et ceux qui cuisinaient , à peine un plat était à moitié vidé , tout de suite le cuisinier le remplissait !
Merci au grand chef de cuisine tunisien ( je ne connais pas son prenom ) qui est très sympa et qui gère ses équipes incroyablement !
c est l abondance ! et c est rare ! nous avons pris la formule all inclusive , il n y a rien à regretter , foncer !
Le soir place aux spectacles , on ne s ennuie jamais avec toute l équipe d animation !
