Hotel de excelente ubicación y camas muy cómodas.
Pros:

La ubicación del Sheraton es inmejorable . El personal es excelente . Siempre que estoy en Pilar voy al hotel , desde el año que abrió .

Cons:

Estaba un poco sucia la tapa del inodoro. El resto de la habitación estaba impecable.

Desastre desde la atención hasta las habitaciones ya no es lo que era antes .ni bien llegas nadie te ofrece ayuda con las maletas habitaciones viejas .

Está un "poco caído", en el baño de la habitación las baldosas TODAS flojas, uno siente el ruido al pisar. La tapa de la mochila del inodoro, con TODOS los ángulos mellados o "cachados" (literal 3 de los 4 ángulos)
Nada importante, pero sin pavadas q "suman"...

Cons:

No es un hotel 5 estrellas. Al llegar las puertas giratorias no se podian usar estaban bloqueadas por tachos de basura. Solo se podia ingresar por la puerta comun del medio. Nadie nos indico donde quedaba el ascensor...donde se tomaba el desayuno...estaba lloviendo y no nos dijeron q habia cochera abajo, nadie te ayuda con las maletas...un desastre. Mantenimiento...cero...claramente un 5 estrellas no es. Primera y ultima vez q voy
