El desatuno
La habitación, la heladera hacia un ruido extraño, las canillas del baño no cerraban bien, lo mismo lamducha entonces goteaban sonaba una alarma permanente en el hotel durante varias horas.
Al valor que está publicado en la pagina -que es lo que te lleva a contratar-, se le suma casi el.50% entre impuestos y no sé qué más en el total de lo que pagamos
El desayuno increíble y todo el personal también excelente servicio, amabilidad y predisposición. En general todo muy completo. Tienen incluido el estacionamiento lo cual es un plus. El spa es muy completo y todo muy bien.
Las cosas en los cuartos parece que necesitan una renovación, las telas de los sillones algunas estabas rotas. La ducha no funcionaba bien y en el spa las telas de los sillones parecían sucias de viajas y algunas rotas.
La amabilidad del personal.
El estado general del hotel, muy dejado, mal estado , viejo, sucio . Sinceramente muy caro para lo q es .

El desayuno es excelente. Las habitaciones clásicas pero distinguidas, muy cómodas. Muy cómodo el estacionamiento subterráneo, muy amplio.
Un poco limitado el espacio para las actividades del Spa.
We stayed at the hotel for 3 days and 2 nights, and overall our experience was mixed.
The positives were the friendly staff, the outdoor space for children to run around, the shallow kids’ pool, and the spacious room.
On the downside, both the hotel and the rooms feel quite worn out. Our room had an unpleasant smell, the air conditioner was noisy, and the fan speed could not be adjusted. The mattress was too firm for me, and the hotel was unable to provide a mattress topper. The kids’ club is open only from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm and follows a very strict schedule. There is only one staff member, so if they are outside, the room is closed. The outdoor playground needs repair.

El hotel le falta aggiornarse y le falta mantenimiento . Las instalaciones están igual que hace 20 años atrás
