Pros:

Hôtel idéalement situé et de très bon standing.

Cons:

Bruit horripilant des chaise de la terrasse du restaurant, ça m’a réveillé chaque jour à 07h20 du matin ! Veuillez coller des patins en caoutchouc sur ces chaises, merci.

Lovely hotel, with great choices at breakfast
Pros:

Fantastic location, and lovely views over the Marina

Cons:

Was disappointed that when we went to the use the swimming pool one day we learned you have to wear a swimming cap which cost 5 euros each, we decided to not use the pool as we weren’t going to spend money on items we would never use again. They should state this on their website. Also why can’t they have the rooftop bar open all day instead of only from 5pm

Excellent hotel, ideal for short stay in Faro
Pros:

Late flight into Faro so decided to stay here for a couple of nights. Location excellent, near the old town and harbor for boat trips, room was all good, breakfast (included) was excellent with a lovely view of the town harbor. The staff were friendly and very helpful, highly recommend and I will be back next time i fly into Faro.

The most convenient hotel we ever had with everything we needed.
Pros:

The convenience of the location. Cleanliness of the rooms. buffet breakfast is great! The free boat to go to faro beach. Staff were all attentive and polite. The marina view in our room is amazing specially at night. Theyve got descent food and drinks in the bar and prices were better than those in the vicinity but you still get the same view.😊

Cons:

The swimming pool access needs head cap which i think should have been provided by the hotel as not everyone has this ready. We were told to come out of pool because almost everyone does not have head cap.

Great hotel, friendly helpful staff with some lovely extras like the courtesy boat.
Pros:

The hotel is in a very convenient location , on the marina with a short walk to the old town , shops, bars & restaurants. Really friendly and helpful staff across the board. Courtesy boat to the beach was a major plus and really made our stay.. big thanks to Miguel who was a great source of information about the Lagoons.

Most enjoyable but stay not long enough,
Pros:

Lovely location especially at night when the marina is lit up. Close to shops and cafes Added bonus is that there is a free bus to the beach. Unfortunately only arrived at 10pm so nt able to make the most of the hotel. Will definitely be back.

An oasis of calm that turned a travel disaster into four wonderful bonus days in Faro.

Where to begin? This hotel saved our family holiday, and I will be forever grateful to the team who work there.

Our flight home was cancelled, leaving us with an unexpected four-day stay in Faro. The pressure was on to find somewhere quickly while my wife and two young children were going crazy at the airport. It was a bank holiday weekend, BA had seemingly vanished, and we were completely in the lurch.

I hit “book now” on a suite for the four of us without really knowing what to expect.

When we arrived, the hotel was an oasis of calm. The team immediately helped us with our bags while a pianist played in the foyer. After the chaos of the airport, I cannot describe how good that felt.

Then we discovered the complimentary boat service to the beach and back each day. For a family with children aged two and six, it was absolutely perfect. My two-year-old loved Faro — planes overhead, trains, the marina, boats and jet skis. What had started as a travel disaster suddenly felt like an extension of our holiday.

The hotel looked after us right until the end. They arranged our taxi back to the airport and, even though we'd already checked out, let us use the spa to shower and get changed after one final day at the beach before our evening flight home. Little touches like that made such a difference.

The suite was perfect for us too. With children aged two and six, we need to sleep in the same room, but the sliding divider meant that once they were asleep, my wife and I could actually feel like husband and wife again rather than just Mum and Dad!

Breakfast was excellent, the hotel is beautiful, but above all, the staff were wonderful.

What started as probably the lowest point of our holiday turned into four genuinely lovely bonus days in Faro.

Thank you to everyone at the hotel. You saved our holiday.

Cons:

We had a street view rather than a Marina view - which I think would have been slightly better but given the situation we were in - I am just glad they could fit us in.
