Very nice and relaxing

The Location.
The Hotel The Ambience .
The staff were so helpful from front of house to breakfast.We had a wonderful stay and really appreciated everyone's efforts.

A great value hotel, perfect for exploring Faro old town.

Had a fabulous time in this lovely hotel
Pros:

Great location. Lovely little balcony in our room overlooking the marina, adequate size. Staff were lovely. Great selection at breakfast. Hotel provided complimentary boat ride to and from Faro beach which was fabulous.

Cons:

We knew the rooftop pool was under renovation before we booked and when that’s complete we would love to return to the hotel. Shower in the bathroom could do with the silicone seals redone. This was minor for us, we were very happy with everything.

Pros:

Perfect location. Magnificent view overlooking the harbour. The staff were very friendly whilst being professional and helpful.

Emplacement personnel chambre

Cons:

Salle d'eau étriquée pas digne d'un 4 étoiles, miroir embue dès qu'on prend une douche. Pas d'emplacement pour poser trousse toilette.
Pas de chausson.

Cons:

A porta tinha de ser fechada com alguma força , o comando não funcionava como deve ser , casa de banho só tinha um shower cap o resto dos items não havia . Não sei se é por parte do hotel deixar um cartão extra para as luzes mas se era o caso não houve comunicação.

Very budget hotel posing as an expensive luxury experience. Basic amenities are lacking though staff is helpful. €80 a n

Location is central. Staff was helpful.

Cons:

Price was awful for what you get. Bathmat was dirty, bedsheets had stains. Towel rack was loose, shower head was calcified and spraying everywhere, hanging position is for smaller people (below 6ft), 'free toiletries' is 1 shower cap for two people and soap/shampoo dispenser (nothing else). Black mould in the grout between tiles. For the price the pool and sauna are extremely minimal / simple. No spa amenities are included.

Just about value for money.
Pros:

The excellent location and friendly,helpful staff. Well equipped and spacious room and balcony. Very wide choice of food and drink at breakfast.

Cons:

Outside pool is temporarily closed. The taps and shower in our room were rather erratic.
