Pros:

While location is great, noise (music) from nearby square late at night and early morning activity can be disturbing. Staff is very helpful and excellent

Had the best time staying here, a really lovely hotel!
Pros:

Staff were amazing, couldn’t have been more helpful! The location was perfect, close to everything. Room was beautiful and very comfortable. The room was spotlessly clean, the lovely lady who cleaned our room did an amazing job and even neatened up our things!

Cons:

We didn’t add breakfast on as it was slightly too expensive, we also didn’t visit the bar or restaurant for the same reason. However this didn’t really matter as there were so many cafes, restaurants and bars on the door step.

Magnfique hôtel au cœur de Syracuse
Pros:

Magnifique hôtel, haut de gamme, service voiturier très pratique, chambre lumineuse et confortable, petit dej bon sans être exceptionnel mais agréable sur la terrasse.

Cons:

Service voiturier hors de prix.
Seul hôtel pendant notre lune de miel à n’avoir eu aucune attention spéciale si gentillesse envers nous pour célébrer notre mariage, dommage vu le standing de l’établissement, cela aurait été sympathique.

This is a beautiful hotel. We loved its location and would stay here again.

The location is the best right in the centre, and the breakfast was very good. The staff were very helpful and friendly. This is a beautiful hotel in the heart of Ortigia, we were there for New Years eve, and it was quite busy for the time of the year, but very magical a perfect place to see in the New Year.

Pros:

The room was very comfortable, bright, and clean. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent, right near the main square, with many restaurants just outside the door, making dining very convenient.
