Great location
Pros:

Great location, we were able to walk to all the sites on Ortiga island. Staff was very kind and attentive. Room was super clean and a good size. Breakfast options were nice.

Cons:

If renting a car and driving on own, getting to the hotel could be challenging. Don't follow Google Maps, follow instructions from hotel to come via Villa Roma street. This involves driving through a pedestrian shopping area (which is allowed to access this hotel only).

Well positioned for all of the sites
Pros:

The hotel is well presented, the room was clean and the air conditioning worked. I cannot comment on the food as we always eat out. The staff were pleasant helpful and effective. What irritated me was a proposal on our departure bill for a 5% charge to go to the staff. The answer was no. Staff should not have to compete or kow tow to guests in the expectation of receiving what is effectively a tip. Excellence should be standard. Pay the staff a decent wage. Tipping is a nasty American (USA) disease.

The perfect hotel!
Pros:

A really lovely stay with delightful staff and super environment. In THE BEST location to explore Ortigia and see the sights. We arrived on the wrong day and the manager was so helpful resolving my mistake. A great place!

Pros:

The hotel and staff were great. The room and bathroom were large and very comfortable. The staff went out of their way to make you comfortable and welcome. We enjoyed using the patios throughout the building and on the public square. Love the hotel. We will return
