Disappointing and not a place I wanted to spend time in

The location was fantastic

Cons:

We expected the building to be old but the place was also rundown. The shower head fixture wouldn’t stay up so it became a hand held. The shower was essentially a drain the corner of the bathroom with a curtain you pulled around when you wanted to shower. They provided a squeegee to scrape the water from the floor when you were done so that the entire bathroom floor did not remain wet. Never saw any real staff and the breakfast was the same every day with no heated options

Perfekt boende i Gamla stan, gammaldags men väl fungerande och mysigt.

Härligt gammaldags hotell, välkomnande trevlig personal och mysig frukostyta, litet men gemytligt.

Wunderschönes altes Hotel mit netten Mitarbeitern
Pros:

Die Lage ist einmalig. Das Zimmer, direkt unter dem Dach war sauber und hatte alles was man benötigt. Der „Aufstieg“ durch das Treppenhaus war etwas abenteuerlich, passte aber sehr gut zu dem wunderschönen alten Haus. Morgens erwartete einen ein schönes und ausreichendes Frühstück mit sehr freundlichem Personal.

Cons:

Man muss sich im Klaren sein, dass bis spät in die Nacht eine gewisse Geräuschkulisse von der Straße nach oben dringt. Störend wirkte dies aber nicht auf uns und ist der tollen Lage geschuldet.

Das altmodische Ambiente

Cons:

Das Frühstück: wenig Auswahl, jeden Tag dieselben Aufbackbrötchen, jeden Tag Wassermelone, die wir nicht mögen… der Frühstücksraum ist sehr eng, für große Auswahl gibt es keinen Platz, trotzdem könnte man in 5 Tagen mal abwechseln.
Die Treppe ist grenzwertig, nichts für zechfreudige!
