Pros:

The reception staff were very nice

Cons:

The breakfast staff were okay on the Friday but on the Saturday and Sunday not good at all. My sister asked for poached egg on toast got it on Saturday morning but on Sunday, she got the poached egg on its own and told to make her own toast!!

quick online booking, friendly staff at the reception and breakfast
2 spacious rooms ( i extended my stay from 2 to 4 nights), cosy
safe parking
near to city centre and attractions

Cons:

continental breakfast has a small variety, (positive: 1 cooked special for free included)
First room had a smell of a swimming pool ( maybe to much desinfection was used)

Great location! Beautiful hotel, walked everywhere we wanted to be. Great service.

Cons:

Windows don't open for fresh air - I believe its for health & safety - but its so needed in the summer or a heat wave.

A very pleasant place to stay in Inverness
Pros:

We had a fantastic view of the river from our room. The room was very comfortable and we slept wonderfully throughout our stay. The choices at breakfast were plentiful, be it from the chioces on the menu, or the continental breakfast buffet.
