The food was excellent.
I would book a ground floor room in the future due to my mobility issues
Great find and I love it. Dinner was superb, but feel the cooked breakfast, although fine, wasn't quite the same quality. Our breakfast booking hadn't been arranged for us and we went down for breakfast near the finish time so they did squeeze us in. It certainly wouldn't put us off.
Food was good. Staff pleasant. Lovely white towels. Room clean,
There was NO drawer space. Had to live out of our suitcases.
Having to go outside and across to the main building for breakfast.
Had to keep changing the plugs if we wanted kettle on, hairdryer on or lamp on. Had to get down on the floor to
change the plugs.
The property is well furnished and maintained. Comfortable and of a reliable high standard.
No negatives about this hotel
Frühstück konnte wg Platzmangel nicht spontan gebucht werden
Very spacious room.
Great location.
Friendly staff.
Piano bar at weekends.
Excellent breakfast.
Prices can get very high in summer although that just seems to be how it is in Inverness.
Great central hotel - we had a great room overlooking the river - very clean, old charm, helpful staff and great breakfast
All good
Wonderful location just a few minutes walk from many restaurants, bars and shopping.
The room was spacious and comfortable but the bathtub/shower combo was difficult for my husband and me.
The staff and location were great. The bed was comfortable and facilities good. The piano bar on Saturday was a nice touch.
The cooked element of the breakfast on the Sunday morning was mostly inedible even the porridge. We couldn’t bring ourselves to risk it the following morning despite being told the chef had changed. Hotel bar person on Sunday lacked people skills.
The bar and restaurant are very nice.
Room was pretty dated.
Lovely staff, great dinner, fantastic breakfast
King-size bed was two singles pushed together, which created a gap and ridges in the middle. Mattresses themselves were very comfortable
