A gem of a Hotel on the river near all amenities
Pros:

Bed was very comfortable. Kettle, coffee making machine, iron etc everything you need and more!

Cons:

The fact the room had a bathroom with no shower...apart from a small hand held shower which was hard to regulate the temperature and constantly went to a scaldingly hot temperature....This was the only let down. A shower couldnt have been put in this room as it had a sloping ceiling. For this reason I wouldnt want to return unless guaranteed a king sized bed with shower.

Birthday weekend with the gang!
Pros:

Lovely big room with views across the river. Comfortable bar area with attentive staff. Great location, short walk to centre but lovely quiet area. Breakfast wasn't included so can't comment.

Cons:

Hot water was either cold or lukewarm for only a few seconds. There was a bath with shower attachment, no screen, so you couldn't have a stand up shower. Came back from town one night hoping for drinks in the bar. 11.30pm, bar was already closed! There were 6 of us, with a round costing £55, but they had already banked for the night, so it was an early night for us!
