Quirky hotel, full of history, with a warm welcome.
Pros:

The hotel is full of history and very interesting. Perfectly located to explore Pisa. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast choices were excellent

Cons:

Bathroom looked tired and the windows did not close readily. The location is very noisy at night as groups of young people congregate on the river wall, drinking. Despite this, I would recommend the hotel as the good points outweighed any issues.
