Bel établissement mais il faudrait travailler sur l’insonorisation des chambres.

Nos tocó una habitación con 2 colchones sencillos, unidos para que formara una cama doble y en la noche se separaron, las paredes con humedad, y sucios,se entiende que es un hotel con trayectoria histórica, por lo antiguo, pero debe se limpió y cómodo

La stanza di piccole dimensioni ha le pareti con la pittura completamente rovinata, l'impianto elettrico non rispetta le norme di sicurezza. Il bagno piccolissimo, poco pulito, una piastrella per reggere il rotolo di carta igenica era asportata, 2 rubinetti e lo scarico che gocciolavano tutta la prima notte, dopo la richiesta hanno aggiustato solo i rubinetti che sono ossidati e sporchi

Hotel położony jest w samym centrum, co jest ogromnym atutem – wszędzie blisko i świetna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania. Śniadania były smaczne i różnorodne, choć przydałoby się nieco więcej świeżych warzyw. Pokój utrzymany w porządku, czystość na dobrym poziomie, co zdecydowanie wpływa na komfort pobytu.

Wieczorami bywało trochę głośno ze względu na odgłosy z ulicy, ale to raczej naturalna konsekwencja tak dobrej lokalizacji. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje bardzo miły i pomocny personel – zawsze uśmiechnięty i gotowy do pomocy.

Pobyt wspominam bardzo pozytywnie. To miejsce z dobrą atmosferą, które z czystym sumieniem mogę polecić innym – szczególnie osobom, którym zależy na lokalizacji w sercu miasta i przyjaznej obsłudze.

L'albergo è in una posizione comoda per godere la città nelle sue zone più importanti. Trattandosi di immobile storico, si ha la sensazione di essere in un museo con oggetti estremamente particolari, alcuni dei quali molto belli. La colazione è stata su livelli standard, con un personale gentile.

Cons:

La stanza era abbastanza trascurata anche nella pulizia; nel bagno non funzionava lo scarico del wc ed anche quando l'abbiamo segnalato, ci è stato risposto di attendere qualche ora perché nel frattempo c'era stata una interruzione di corrente che aveva messo in difficoltà la struttura. Inutile dire che anche dopo molte ore, lo scarico ha continuato a non funzionare e ci siamo dovuti organizzare con il secchio della spazzatura presente in bagno.

Ottima la colazione, la posizione, tutto lo staff e la pulizia, a due passi dal fiume, e da tutto ciò di visitabile a Pisa, 15 min per la stazione a piedi, 15 min a piedi per la torre

Letto scomodissimo, cuscino non ne parliamo, peccato perché sono cose essenziali, mi sono svegliata con il mal di schiena, fortuna che ho dormito solo una notte altrimenti avrei sicuramente chiesto il cambio di camera

Charmant belle époque hotel dat doet wat het moet doen
Pros:

Ik hield van de charme van het hotel en dat alles zo dichtbij ligt.

Cons:

Het hotel is best verouderd, de kraan van onze wasbak bv., daar kwam pas na 5 keer draaien water uit. Mijn bed kraakte ook enorm.
