Überragend gutes Frühstück was keine Wünsche offen lässt auch qualitativ war es sehr überzeugend, allerdings störten die offiziellen Zeiten. Das Frühstück stand allerdings auch nach 9:30h noch etwas länger zur Verfügung was positiv und gastorientiert ist. Das Personal am Frühstücksbuffet ist überwiegend sehr gut. Sehr gute Anbindung und Erreichbarkeit hinsichtlich Sehenswürdigkeiten und Flughafen. Supermarkt, U-Bahn, Bus und Apotheke in ca. 50-100m vor der Tür. Nähe zu ansprechenden Restaurants okay, aber man muss schon etwas laufen, könnte besser sein. Sauberkeit sehr gut. Sehr ruhige Zimmer. Restaurant vorne beim Eingang machte einen sehr guten Eindruck. Gym war hervorragend ausgestattet. Teekocher auf dem Zimmer. Tolle Aussicht durch die vielen Fenster. Toiletten in der Lobby sehr sauber. Hotel ist für gehbehinderte geeignet. Sehr gutes W LAN. Ich würde wiederkommen und kann das Hotel empfehlen für 3-4 Tage.

Cons:

Zimmer war recht klein und etwas stickig weil man das Fenster nicht öffnen kann. Frühstück ist offiziell schon um 9:30h zuende, würde mir wünschen wenn es offiziell bis 10 oder 10:30h zur Verfügung stände. Bettdecken waren mir zu warm. Personal an der Rezeption könnte ein professionelleren Eindruck machen. Aufzüge sind etwas langsam aber ist noch befriedigend. Spa Bereich kostet etwas und war Montags und Dienstags nicht verfügbar laut Rezeption. Die Duschtür im Badezimmer ist viel zu kurz an der Unterseite sodass das Bad ständig Unterwasser steht. Handtücher waren für uns immer zuwenig vorhanden. Matratze und Kissen war mir etwas unbequem, könnten weicher sein. Zimmer wirkte etwas abgewohnt. Zimmer war etwas klein aber war noch befriedigend groß. Chlorgeruch in der Lobby durch denn Brunnen. Lichtquellen im Zimmer könnten eine schönere Atmosphäre erzeugen. Zu wenig Druck auf der Duschbrause. Zubereitungsqualität von Rührei und Brötchen variierte von Tag zu Tag wäre schön wenn es gleichbleibend gut wäre. Licht vom Thermostat im Zimmer störte beim einschlafen.
