Worst service I ever had in 28 years.

Cons:

Service was awful, they bring the check to you while you are still eating, they never took the plates from room service out. When you try calling to the restaurant they never attend. People at counter and and dinner are rude.
The hot water was damage they need me to change the room after I asked twice.
They never carried any of my bags to help me.

Great place to stay in Bogota!
Pros:

Super helpful and friendly staff. Gave me a room upgrade. Rooms are super convenient and new.

Cons:

I didn't booked the breakfast so cannot really say anything about that. Room needed some minor upgrades/touch ups. Small paintwork repairs etc.

Check-in ile check out arasındaki tüm süreç kusursuzdu. Fatura isteğimi hemen karşıladılar.

Cons:

Su ikramı azdı. Kahve vs ikram edilen bir yerde içmek ve kullanmak için odalarda ektra su ikramı olmalıydı ki resepsiyonda ücretsiz ikram bölümünde zaten var. Odalarda olmaması çok şaşırtıcı.
