Accueil déplorable !
Pros:

L'hotel est vraiment très beau de l'exterieur et aussi de l'interieur.

Cons:

1 - La chambre et l'accueil : Le descriptif de la chambre sur le site "BOOKING" ne correspondait pas à la chambre que l'hôtel nous a donné, on nous a donné une chambre encore moins bien. (chambre classique : c'est un lit qui fait toute la pièce et la salle de bain, c'est une cabine de douche minuscule et étroite, mal entretenue, avec un WC et un bidet, nous n'avons jamais vu une "salle de bain" aussi minuscule !! (mes épaules touchaient les parois). L'employé de l'hôtel, après lui avoir montré les photos de notre réservation sur "BOOKING" n'a rien voulu savoir !! Nous avons dû prendre une suite en payant 300 euros de supplément. L'hôtel n'a fait aucun geste commercial pour sa publicité mensongère et son descriptif mensonger. Concernant la suite c'était la suite Winston Churchill, très belle chambre mais très mal chauffée, même avec la climatisation aussi il n'y avait pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain ! la suite à part cela est très bien, spacieuse et bien équipée.
2 - Le bar : Le 31 décembre, bar fermé à minuit et rien de prévu (une demi coupe de "mousseux" offert, incroyable ! nous avons voulu prendre un cocktail et le même employé nous a répondu que c'était impossible que le bar était fermé depuis 21H00 ) le restant du séjour, bar fermé à 21H00 pour un 4 étoiles !
3 -Le petit déjeuner : Nous n'avons jamais vu cela dans un "4 étoiles", machine à café avec gobelet, "jus de fruits" c'est de l'eau avec du concentré de fruit c'était imbuvable !
4 - Suite à mon avis et un contact au service client de "BOOKING" le directeur de l'hôtel (absent lors de notre séjour) nous a dédommagé immédiatement des 300 Euros ! Et nous a présenté ses excuses.
