Pros:

Hotel location is great. Staff is very helpfull but hotel is old building. Rooms are old and not clean. I stayed in other hotels similar prices but was much better than this hotel.

Disaster!
Pros:

This hotel is not fit for living . It is extremely dirty . I could sleep on the bed . I did not sleep in the room. I left immediately without using the room

The staff were friendly, the hotel room was cosy, comfortable and quiet.

Cons:

No hot water, the WiFi most of the time wasn't available as it is connected without internet.
The breakfast buffet is simple, but the pastries were dry and cold.

Très bien situé à Héliopolis
Pros:

L'emplacement de cet hôtel et son quartier populaire. Le personnel très accueillant et chaleureux. Er surtout le pub qui est très pratique lorsque l'on rentre d'une journée et que l'on peut boire bières, alccols local ou boissons sans alcool mais également avoir un dîner raisonnable.
Le personnel de chambre était top!!!

Cons:

Le petit déjeûner pourrait être plus fourni et surtout avoir du vrai jus d'oranges serait top!
Nous ne sommes plus habitués à ce que les gens fument dans les lieux publics!
