Nice stay with great rooftop view of city.

Pros:

Viaggiando per lavoro ho trovato tutto molto semplice e comodo, dalla prenotazione, al parcheggio in struttura all'arrivo all'accoglienza. Attenzione perché il ristorante la domenica chiude alle 19:00.

Cons:

Era il mio primo soggiorno in questa zona, il rapporto qualità/prezzo lo giudico non conveniente sulla base di numerose esperienze Europa/mondo.

Awesome Hotel in Wicker Park!
Pros:

Overall good hotel and quality. I don't have much to say. If needed, I can definitely see me staying there again.

Cons:

They had an internet outage but luckily the rooms didn't block personal network coverage. They handled it with grace.

Hotel and breakfast staff great but the rest lacking
Pros:

Breakfast staff wonderful and helpful

Cons:

Kennedy staff (mixed). Server first night was great, 2nd night not allowed a drink on terrace due to staff shortages. Non hotel guests had been seated. Greeter was inept and out of depth and argued with surly server who couldn’t be bothered.

Next day when asked a question at lobby desk re another thing was greeted with total lack of empathy.

Great convenient hotel
Pros:

We have stayed many times at The Hyatt Place Wicker Park. The hotel provides consistent service, clean rooms and complimentary breakfast. Highly recommend if you need a hotel in the Wicker Park area.

Pros:

Great hotel for all sights. The roof top is great for seeing the skyline of city.
Close to Wrigley Field for game
Downside is bar top closes at 10 pm and not a great snack store if coming back after 9 pm at night .

Our go to place to stay
Pros:

This was our third stay at Hyatt Chicago/Wicker Park. Being repeat guests is a great compliment in itself and says a lot about our experience. When it comes time to go back to Chicago, we will stay here again. It's clean, convenient to the train and bus stops, wonderful breakfast included with lots of options.

Great business trip hotel
Pros:

Room was very spacious and very clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Gym was nice and clean to get in a quick workout before work. Rooftop bar had great food and well made drinks. Daily breakfast had lots to choose from and tasty.

Pretty Great Chicago Hotel
Pros:

This was a great place for my family to stay. The rooftop has an amazing view of the Chicago skyline at night. The staff were pretty friendly.
The breakfast buffet in the mornings was very good. Lots of options to choose from.
We ordered some tacos from The rooftop bar during Taco Tuesday and they were really good too.
The hotel was about a 10 minute walk to the Blue line train (which I thought was pretty good). It's also close to Chick fil a and Dunkin (2 of our favorites as well).

Before booking this room, I did see some reviews about the noise level at night. They do provide complimentary ear plugs, but I didn't think it was anything too crazy at all. After a busy day sightseeing in downtown Chicago, we were worn out and would fall right back to sleep if we were woken up.
We went as a family (wife and our 10 year old son).
I shopped around for other hotels before our trip and was shocked at the nightly rates. I found this one to be pretty reasonable and not over priced.

Great Chicago stay
Pros:

an excellent option for a Chicago stay near the Lincoln park and Wrigleyville area. Excellent condition and rooms are clean and comfortable. Valet parking is a breeze and the staff was attentive to our needs. The breakfast Was very good and the rooftop bar offered beautiful views of downtown Chicago and the drinks were excellent
